I cannot recieve e-mail on emailservice@gustavolleite.com when i try to send from my personal e-mail i get that the domain does not exist.

Let users decide whether they want sender's display name or not
When we receave a message, Zoho won't show the sender's display name. After I respond, then Zoho will show their display name on the inbox folder, but the contact was already created without the name. For instance, if I receive a message from someone whose e-mail address is "contact@company.com" and their display name is "John Lennon", the contact will be created like this: - Name: contact - E-mail address: contact@company.com So later when I want to send them a message, I have to REMEMBER the e-mail
Incoming mail is not working, but no issues with outgoing mail
I can send mail from my mail box , but do not receive any email sent to my id. Updated the MX record as per suggestion already. But still now working. Please advise
Attachments sent in Zoho mail is corrupted
Hello, I am facing this issue for a few months now, any attachments i send out from my Zoho mailbox (excel, word, image)gets corrupted. I am not able to view it from my sent email. My recipients always revert saying they cant open the attachment it is corrupted I send the same attachments to the same recipents, using the same laptop from my gmail account and they are able to use the attachments fine pls help resolve this problem regards vinaya

Outlook has 1 feature related to Ruler. If you want to draft a new email, you can use this feature (it is the same feature which is also available on MS Word and Zoho writer). By using this feature, the email drafting improves and paragraph formatting (especially when you want to use multiple bullets with paragraphs) becomes very easy and clean. Webmail not loading
Hello everyone. It's been a while (almost a month) that I can't access the Zoho Mail through the webmail app (only through the iPhone app). And this is happening in different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Brave). The system keeps in the "loading" page and doesn't access any mailbox. Any clue? Thanks a lot.

The only thing I can do is send emails but I haven´t gotten any back so I´m not receiving any and it has been like since I started and I really need help making it work. Some calendar invites dont show accept button in Zoho mail
Hi, This is becoming a big issue for me and stopping me using zoho mail. for some calendar invites I'm sent from customers, I don't have any button or anything to ACCEPT the invite and have it added to Zoho calendar. if I open the same email in outlook or gmail, it shows the accept button just fine but then it only adds it to gmail calendar which then has no way of adding the same event to zoho calendar. this is a huge problem for me so what's the fix for it ? it means I can't use one email platform

Unfortunately, as of this morning, we can neither download nor illuminate any PDF attachment. Interestingly enough, if we pass the message with the attachment to another mailbox, the attachment is visible. When you try to display the file on a card in your inbox, a message is displayed: An error occurred while opening this file. Kindly download and view it.

Mail Outgoing Blocked
I am unable to send emails using my email address info at winsomeflora.com and the message I get is Your account info {at} winsomeflora.com has been blocked due to security reasons. I logged into my Control Panel for the domain and see that 'Outgoing' is flagged as 'Off'. When I try to enable it, it says 'Operation permitted for paid users only' Can somebody please tell me what is the reason for this issue and how can my outgoing be unblocked? Thanks,

I'm trying to verify my domain and tried the txt method first but didn't work so I tried the CNAME method and it also says that it cant verify my domain although when I paste the link with my CNAME in browser the redirect to the Zoho page works perfectly. Hello, I created two email adresses 3 days ago linked to my domain name hosted by "I Want My Name.com". I am able to send emails from those two new adresses (contact@irene-eroticfanzine.com, submit@irene-eroticfanzine.com) BUT I can't receive any ones at all. Hi! I'm wondering if it is possible to have multiple email addresses all setup on one account. I want to have support@mycompany.com, sales@mycompany.com, and accessibility@mycompany.com all go to my account. Currently, support@mycompany.com is setup and working well on a single zoho enterprise account. Is setting up multiple emails like this possible using one account? I looked into setting up email alicies, but it doesn't seem to do what I am looking for. What is a good use case for email alicies?
