Recover deleted emails from trash
Hello, I accidently deleted a lot of emails from some boxes. Blocked Account due to International Travel
A user in my group’s email address is blocked when she tries to log in, but in my control panel the email address is not showing in the troubleshoot section as being blocked. Restore Deleted emails

MX Records problem
I know this question has been asked a lot, but I still have issues. I added 24h ago the following MX records, but still get the "MX records are not pointed to Zoho Mail" warning. SPF softfail not in spam but Inbox
I regularly receive emails in my inbox while an SPF softfail is specified in the mail header. In the settings I have indicated that they must go to the Quarantaine folder. Why doesn't that happen? Special on these emails is that the sender uses my own email address. But softfail = softfail regardless of the sender. Example off such a email is attached

We are able to send email but not receive any mails.
We have a domain by the name of www.flyyatri.com We can send emails but unable to recieve any, We have pointed SPF, DKIM records and have been verified. Mail contacts and CRM integration
I have, after a slight battle, loaded up Zoho mail and CRM. I was hoping that contacts created in mail would appear in the CRM, and some web help pages suggest this. Its not happening for me. Is this because it is not available for free versions or have I missed something in the settings? thanks
My email was deleted from Zoho please help to restore it
My Email associated to my Zoho account was accidentally deleted. That email was the administrator email linked to my domain, that was the same email I used to create my Zoho email. I am now unable to log in and add new users. Can someone help me get things working normal back again, I would appreciate any suggestions.
How to filter the Bcc emails
Dear All, In the Settings field I can create filters which redirect the emails to the folders which I want. If I want to redict the Bcc emails which I receive what should I select? Because the dropdown menu does not contain the Bcc. I think that I have to select 'To' but I am not sure.
Server action for POP3 "delete"
As a new user of Zoho mail I was surprised to find that there is no way to tell the server that when I delete mail from my Inbox (including Spam, if the option to present that to POP3 downloads is enabled) it doesn't actually get deleted from the server, just marked so that it is not presented to POP3 again as new mail. Zoho logs me out as soon as I log in successfully.
I am able to log in to zoho successfully. And it does show my home page. But within a second or two it logs me out automatically. So I am unable to check my emails.

Not able to Receive Auto Generated Emails
Hi Team, I have been trying to contact in order to get in touch with your team but unable to do so. Can you please look into my account and check why I am not able to receive auto-generated emails from SendGrid or similar services whereas same works with my Google Business Accounts. lost draft
I worked on a draft this morning that originated from a different computer, same account. I know it autosaved and I am constantly manually Saving. When my business partner went to work on it later this afternoon, the changes are not made on her laptop nor are they on mine. I am pretty sure this is the second time this has happened recently. What is going on. I was not having any internet problems and watched the Auto Save pop up periodically. Please respond-Thanks

Wrong name displaying in 'sender'
My emails are sending with first name only in the 'from' field - updating my full name and nickname under settings aren't making a difference. Can someone tell me where/ how to update it so my contacts see my first and last name when I email them?

Sender names not being displayed in the "From" field.

I have an issue with a group email not working. When I send mail to this group, it does not distribute as it used to. This group is web@deepinks.com. Also, I currently have email forwarding setup for info@deepinks.com and it does not forward either. Please let me know how I can resolve this.

Filter Email Events in a separate folder
How can i filter calendar events from Inbox in a separate folder? See green arrows In filter options i dont see nothing about types of email inbox. But as see you know how to differ these (by the icon), i guess there is some way to filter them.
