URL Aliases Not Displaying Properly in Received Emails
Trying to figure out why in my email I'm not seeing the a URL alias and instead seeing the original URL used to track the number of clicks. What is going on with my email account?
For the second time, I am getting duplicates of very old emails sent to me as new emails. I am also seeing that all my new emails are going directly to trash rather than my inbox. I did not set up or change any filters, so I'm not sure what is going on. Is there some kind of error going on in the system?
Create Zoho Account But Error During Verification
I created a zoho account using a XXX phone number. In verification step I could not receive the code in cell phone. I changed the phone number to a already used number in another zoho account. Now, I can not login with the XXX phone number to get a new verification code, and if I do login with the phone number of the other account it does not work for this new account, only the older. Setting user to active in group not actually saving
Hi ... I am attempting to add and make active a user to a group. I can add their email address and then when I click the button to make them active, it says at the top that it is saved. But if I click elsewhere and then come back to the group, it shows as inactive. I tried clicking the edit pencil button and then choosing active and saving, and it says it's saving, but then when I check it again, the user shows inactive. Any ideas of what I need to do to get that working? Thanks, Devin.

Hi there, I thought I correctly setup Zoho mail to host my emails. However, I keep getting error [DNS] message when I test and send email to one of the emails I have set-up under group. What I am trying to achieve is this: I would like Zoho Mail to host my emails rather than Office 365. I would like to continue using all Office 365 Apps other than the email which is being hosted by Zoho. Mailbox size not reducing after deleting most messages
Hello, I am writing on behalf of one of my users (user ID: 565745358), he has been deleting emails for the past couple of days an it the mailbox size has not reduced, it got to the point where now he is over the limit and is blocked from sending or receiving, we deleted most of his emails and the mailbox size has yet to go down, however, under folder size you can see that he barely has over 1 GB of storage used. Please Help, I have tried the other solutions on the forums to no avail.

Can't get MX records to re-sync & receive emails after accidentally changing from Manual DNS Zone to Nameservers
Good day, I've been having trouble for a few days getting the MX records to sync back so I can receive mail - I had to switch my DNS for my shopmadeLC.com website (2/10) and in the process went from a manual DNS setup to using nameservers, which obviously threw off mail connection to Zoho. I switched off the nameservers (2/15) back to the manual DNS setup and re-entered the MX records & SPF/Domain Keys, but had to de-activate/take off the domain name then re-add it back and go through the setup thinking

Hello, I recieved an email today and there is a exclamation mark next to the name of the sender (on the left side). What does that mean? In outbox I would say that it is some kind of error, but I am not sure what does that mean in inbox.

Need to set up new account but had set up a test account to see if it would do what I needed. Unable to delete the old,the new can't be established without a mobile number. I only have one, and am blocked from using it because the other account can't be deleted.

Hi, Wordpress forms are not able to send emails. We tried with WP SMTP plugin however it also doesn't work (gets timed out on test) We have changed the mail delivery to Remote Mail exchanger but still doesn't work. Finally we installed zoho wordpress mail plugin. This seems to be working. However there are two issues: 1. Its adding line breaks <br> as html in the emails received 2.
