1. I want to move my leads to another journey once they finish existing Journey. What are my options Zoho MarketingHub 2. I want to add multiple Lists in to the Autoresponders. Is that possible? Hello. I identify website visitors coming from Active Campaign by adding the SalesIQ URL parameter in the emails links. It then creates a new lead in Zoho CRM. - in Zoho SalesIQ / CRM : I can see the identified visitors, and also their page visits in the CRM module - in Zoho MH : When an identified visitor hits a goal, the goal is registered, but the visitor is reported as "unknown" (although the visitor appears as identified in the Zoho MH leads list witch is in sync with Zoho CRM) Can you help

What happens to bounced leads when they are sync'd from Zoho CRM? Plus a few other questions related to sync'ing.
A few questions for the MH team. I've a list of leads that come form a sync to a ZohoCRM view. 1. What happens when a sync'ed lead is bounced. Does the bounce information get pushed back into the CRM? If so, when and what does that look like? 2. If a lead upsubscribes, what happens to the sync'ed contact in the CRM? 3. When I delete a lead from MH, can I re-sync the lead (so it is no longer deleted) from the ZohoCRM contact?

Hi, I came across some impossible situation... While creating Smart Popup in the Marketing Hub we have 2 fields available: NAME and EMAIL. While registering to the form it comes out that the NAME is actually LAST NAME on the list... How is that even possible? I have all contacts importet from Mailchimp and all them have regular FNAME, and all from Zoho will have LAST NAME intead of first name? Please tell me i can chnge it somewhere. Thanks

I'm a little confused as to Campaigns VS Marketing Hub. I currently use Campaigns and want to ramp into Marketing Hub. When I look at lists in Marketing Hub, I see my Campaigns lists and the interface starts to look at lot like Campaigns. 1. Is Marketing Hub an "overlay" of Campaigns? I suggest that you stop giving dates. I do hope that what you finally release is worth the wait and WORKS. Until then, Zoho Campaigns is the way to go. Most MH V1 features don't work!

If/Else Condition
You do not have the option on the If/Else Condition if some Replies to an Email in your Marketing Automation. Only if they open or click a link inside. You do have this option in Zoho Campaigns. I strongly suggest you add it to Marketing Hub. The idea of a marketing campaign is that customers engage with you. There is no stronger indication of a Hot Lead than a direct response to an email.
