When you add a variable to an email's subject line, ZMA adds a space in front of it. This 'space' is meant to be invisible but, in some email clients, a strange symbol can be seen. If you take a look at screen-1555, you can see the "Dept 1" subject line
Does setting up ZMA's SPF and DKIM disable other systems like MailChimp?
I am converting a customer from MailChimp to ZMA. They will be using both systems while they get setup on ZMA and used to the way it works. If they setup ZMA's SPF and DKIM records, it won't stop MailChimp working or affect it in any other way, will it?

SMS Campaign using Clickatell - set up instructions.
I'm trying to set up an SMS campaign using Clickatell, but it's not working. On clickatell, I have purchased some credit, and set up a http API. I've then pasted this API key into Zoho Marketing. I tested the API in clickatell and manage to setup my phone number as a test phone. I have the SMS setup to trigger when someone is added to the list - nothing! Anyone else having issues with this?
