Time Zone for international meeting participants
I recently had an online meeting with participants on three different continents. I scheduled the meeting for 6 AM. However 6 AM was 12 noon for most of the participants, but their meeting invites all said 6 AM regardless of their time zone. This caused a lot of confusion. How do I get the invitations to adjust to each invitees individual time zone? If I schedule a meeting for 6AM NY time, an attendee in London should get an invite for 12:00, a user in Hong Kong 6PM etc.
Terrible audio quality
Hi Zoho I am preparing for a new series of webinars for which I want to use Meetings. But I've been recording my rehearsals and the audio quality is terrible. Take webinar 1257527115 as an example. 08:45 the webinar starts and the audio is distorted
Bad Sound Quality
I ran my first meeting on Zoho with 7 people connected in. Users said the sound quality was terrible. I've read some other posts here about the same issue. Is this something that has already been fixed or is in the works? I see other users switched to Zoom, any feedback on that?

Problem with license
We bought Zoho Workspace Professional license and as part of the license Zoho Meeting is included. But when we go to Zoho meetings page it is asking us to upgrade?!!! Why is that.

I have a different method than zoho meetings to get the users to register to my webinar. Is it possible to import the registrations list into zoho meeting for the webinar?
High-resolution logo looks pixelated
I have uploaded my logo to Meeting but, when it appears on the embedded registration page or on emails, it is badly pixelated. It looks very uinprofessional. I have tried uplaoding a 96dpi and 300dpi version of my logo. The result is the same. I have inlcuded a screenshot of the way the logo is presented. Is there any way to cure this problem? Zoho Meeting Desktop App Installation
Hello, one of my users is trying to install the Zoho Meeting Desktop app on to his laptop, but when he tries it says that it cannot proceed as another installation is taking place. Let's take a look at last month's updates: Online meeting updates The microphone button remained active even when a user switched to phone audio. This issue has been fixed. In setting up web meeting the video window is very small in bottom corner. for this is video meeting the whole screen needs to go between a app like power point and full screen video. how do i do this ?
No video on the Chrome browser after the update

Essentially, I would like to use Zoho to host a webinar. I send those interested to a landing page where they could pay for a (preferably unique) webinar link. From what I read, Zoom has this feature. Unfortunately it is linked to PayPal. I am living in Turkey where PayPal is banned. Does Zoho have this feature? And is it linked to PayPal? Thanks in advance
Meeting desktop app not properly installed
Win10: I have downloaded Zoho Meeting and installed it, but when I install it it's not in my start menu, nor a shortcut on my desktop. I have searched C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) for "Zoho", but couldn't find any traces of it. If I run the MeetingSetup.msi and choose Repair, it will run and open the meeting app. How can I properly install this app?

Show Who is Talking in Zoho Meeting
A great addition to Zoho Meeting would be to show an icon next to anyone talking or making noise. This is super helpful in meeting with more than a few people in case there is feedback, background noise, or just to identify quickly who is talking. It's especially helpful when some people call in via phone and don't have their names next to them.
zoho meeting and workspace subscription
Hi zoho, I have 3 users on workspace (mail docs et al) and i notice that there is a meeting app too. It says up to 100 participants, but how many do I get for our workspace subscription. Thank you
Zoho Meeting Desktop App is deemed unsure by Google login and will not start
As the above, when I try to login to Zoho through the desktop Zoho Meeting app, using my Google account (which is the only way I access Zoho at all), I get this message: This browser or app may not be secure. Learn more Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in. Google has deprecated "unsecure" logins as of December, did Zoho Meetings desktop app fall prey to that as well?
Zoho Hosted Webinar Question
I didn't get any responses for this in the General Section, so I will try here. I am hoping someone else has had this issue. Zoho is releasing an ever increasing number of Training Seminars that being a Zoho newbie, I would love to attend online. The problem is, they are all hosted in Mumbai...I am in Texas. My Network guy (a contract guy) carries more weight than me apparently, and he refuses to white list their servers. We use SonicWall for a firewall, and he has just Geo Blocked India all together.
We are Zoho One, what does PRO mean under User Management?
Hi Team - we are Zoho One and we have activated Zoho Meeting. When I checked under User Management, there is a PRO for Meeting and Webinar license. What does that mean? Also, as admin why am I not able to be PRO? Another question is how do you delete past meetings? I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance.

How do I use web cam. All I see is audio. I just upgraded to zoho one and haven't had zoho meeting upgraded yet. Is it only in upgrade?
Webinar Registration Form - Last Name
There is a default "Last Name" field in the editable Registration Form fields. The issue is that the Default Required Field "Name" is not editable and the order of the fields doesn't seem editable :-o How do you ask for First Name, Last Name instead of full name? It also doesn't seem there's any reasonable way to use that Last Name field.

24 hour clock and default times to on the hour or half hour
When you create a new meeting or webinar, the time is not defaulted to the hour or half hour. It defaults to 30mins from now. Rarely does anyone schedule a meeting that is not on the hour e.g. 14:00 or half hour e.g. 14:30. The default time should be to the closest 30min or hour time slot. Also, why not make the time selector 24 hour format? This would mean less clicks and typing for users when specifying a time.
Moderator
Earlier, I made my first successful webinar for less than 10 people(Currently, at my 10th month of being subscribe in Zoho One). However, I saw that 2 of my team members cannot see the questions. Is there any in the roadmap that someone can be a moderator?
