Sales IQ
Hi I have around 5 sales IQ account integrated for my application, In one of the account i am able to request other chat person to join or i am able to transfer the chat..... but for the rest of the account this is not possible. Could you let me now how to enable this feature for all the chat users's ? Thanks Vikhram
List of visitors for 9 hours on day
I want to make a list of visitors to the site for yesterday but not for the whole day (24 hours) and from 9am to 6pm. As our working day is from 9am to 6pm, we want the list to cover only visitors during our working hours. I would be very grateful to anyone who could help! Regards, Yana

Steps to reproduce: Start Livechat session Fill in Name, email, department, question. Let Livechat ring but do not answer Livechat then switches to Sorry we missed you! Leave a message and we will get back to you shortly. Add additional information where you left your questions Hit submit. The additional information you added does not get included in the created ticket.
Hiding visitors by the frequency of visits
I would like to ask you if there is a setting that, according to the frequencies of the visitor's entries, hide from the rings? For example, If particular visitor come 3/4 times for 10 minutes.
We miss 55% of chats
Hi! I checked the statistics and found out that we miss 55% of chats during the WORKING time however all our users are online and keep the tab open. This is pretty bad. For years the situation has not been changed. I think the problem takes place due to the fact that you rely on browser, and it makes SalesIQ tab inactive after some time. But I am not sure about this. If this is true, then we need a solution to make sure we receive a chat call regardless of the browser activity. Andrey
Is it posibble to track users on Sales IQ trought e-mail sents from Zoho-CRM
Yesterday I discovered that Sales IQ is able to track visitors that came from an e-mail sent by Zoho Campaigns. The question is the following. Can I track users that clicked on a link that was included in an e-mail sent from Zoho CRM. If that´s the case: How I should proceed to activate this feature? Thanks in advance. Using Articles in Zoho Sales IQ
When using articles in the chat window only articles from one department (>>Settings>>Templates>>Articles) are shown to the website visitor. Is this a known bug? Or is there a way to fix this?

Zoho Chat Widget Doesn't Display in Zoho Mail

Gmail Chat Widget Unreliable
The Gmail Chat icon displays but shows me available to chat late at night and not available during business hours. Almost like it's backwards, (although I haven't had time to check the actual times). It works correctly on the website. I won't be able to use this. Please let me know when this is fixed.

Zoho Sales IQ chat not Working
Hello ! I created a Zoho account for a client to use the zoho sales IQ chat widget inside their web. Yesterday the chat button and the chat window worked perfectly, but today it doesnt display into the web. Its a zoho problem? Sales IQ stopped working
Hi, I am running 2 websites with two chat portals. For about the last three weeks things have stopped worked correctly. Email reports only give numbers for one or the other website Brand colouring of the chat widget is crossing over into the other website The monitor "Visitors Online" (the main page of Sales IQ) is just a spinning wheel in the corner of the page (attached image) There is no way to switch the "Visitors Online" view from one site to the other Thank you in advance, Paul

Sales IQ chat is not working
Hi, I am using zoho sales IQ for adding chat feature in my android application. The sales IQ chat icon is working good for some time nicely. But I dont know why it suddenly disappears, I have waited for long time and in the mean while I have compiled my application various time for verification and also I have done checking after re-installing the app in the device. Localization of the chat widget
We have Swedish set as standard language for the chat widget. Some of the terms and functions are not localized. Check the attached screenshot. Is there a way to localize these strings anywhere?
Chat trigger and eMail registration in chat
We have configured our web-embed to force registration of e-mail and name from users. This works fine when the user opens the chat window. However we have also included a trigger that pops up the chat window automatically after 2 min. on the users side. However in this case the system does not force the user to enter his e-mail / name. This means that we have no record of who was on the chat. How can this be fixed?

Can't answer to Zoho Sales IQ chats in SalesIQ
Hi, we are receiving onsite chat requests from usetrs via the Zoho SalesIQ solution. However, we are unable to answer as there is no form showing up / an option to typing in text in order to respond to the request. We cannot answer either to chat requests through the SalesIQ app. Could you explain to us what goes wrong here? Thanks Dirk

live chat widget not showing on all pages
Hi. we are using Zoho SalesIQ in our wordpress site. But the live chat widget is not showing on all our pages and the style differs on the pages that it does show on. is there a way to fix this
numerous bugs
Is anyone else finding Zoho SalesIQ to be extremely buggy? I've been testing for only 2 hours and I've already logged 5 pretty significant bugs with the support team. Many of them seem to be related to the chat widget having difficultly retaining user data or communicating back with the Zoho Servers. The app is semi-stable when you sit on a page and chat, but if you chat while navigating a website it goes absolutely wild. There also seems to be many issues with ending and restarting chat sessions.
Delayed Messages between iOS App and Web User
We are testing Sales IQ on a new website for a new company we are starting we will be on the move and not always at our desk so the ability to communicate with Website visitors in real-time from our phones is great. During our initial test, we have noticed a delay of around a minute for messages sent from the phone many messages never arrive on the web chat. Automated Triggers dont work together
I want to show invite to chat message after a visitor browse for 20 seconds. If visitor didnt start using chat after 10 seconds I want to show another invite message. I set up 2 triggers. One for each invite message. SalesIQ not showing on our website
Hi, We have followed the advice about settings for Sales IQ but still this is not showing on our website for visitors. It just stopped working this morning. Smart Identifier
How do I find the "Smart Identifier"? It seems the following description is obsolete: To include the smart identifiers code to the email, select the campaign name from the “Choose a campaign” drop down of Smart Identifiers in the Web Embed section. A Campaign specific code will be provided in the Smart Identifier Code box. Attach the code to the email, when the recipient opens the email the smart identifiers will track the identity.

Reporting user actions
We would like to export a list of all actions each user has performed. We have integrated custom events we are sending to SalesIQ and can see on-line live. However we would like to do some statistics on this and need an ability to export info across users. Is there a way to export actions a user performs?

salesIQ form validation break
I have a self hosted wordpress site that I am testing salesIQ on. When I paste the html and javascript (generated by the zoho crm) in the page for my contact form, all the form validation functions disappear from the html form, and the javascript is jumbled by what looks like minification. The validation is obviously broken. Have you heard of this problem?
Chat Button as slider
Is there a way to change the look of the Chat Button. We already use a HELP button that works as a slider that sticks to the right of the screen. We would like the Chat button to look the same with thext going vertical as you can see below. Alterntively is there a way to embed the button in a Help menu?
