• Registration notifications in Showtime

  I have set up a Showtime session, and a few people have registered, However I have never received an email telling me that someone registered. Am I supposed to get one? If so, it there possibly an option that's not set correctly?

  Hi there! When a user complete a training and take the test, it never shows the option to take the test again if they return later. However, in some cases, we need to allow the users to retake the test when they failed. Is there a way to present the test  again for the same user?

  It appears to me that adding a Show file from a shared Workdrive folder as material to a Showtime session does not work (error message: this file cannot be shared). After I copy that file to my home folder in Workdrive, adding it to a Showtime session

• Link or ability to resend Evaluations to Attendees

  I created an evaluation for my ShowTime session, and did attach to to the Thank You e-mail.  However, I would like to prompt those that did not respond to do so.  I would be perfectly happy to do so in my own e-mail, but there is nowhere that I can find to get a link to the evaluation that I included to users in their Thank You e-mail (and obviously since I hosted it, I did not get the link myself). Am I missing something, or is there no way to retrieve the link to that evaluation?

• What are some of the showstoppers that are preventing you to use Zoho Showtime?

  We are considering using Showtime and are looking to learn from others on this community. What are the biggest issues/challenges/show-stoppers that you have come across when using Showtime that we should be aware of? e.g. I see one big one for us - Zoho Showtime sends a link when an attendee registers for the event, and this join link can be used by attendees to join a specific course that they have paid for. However if they accidentally delete that email then there is no way to regenerate that email/link

  Just getting started with Zoho Showtime.  We have two very different products we sell.  NONE of our classes would apply to both product categories.  Similarly, none of our clients would cross between product/class interest. We will eventually start doing classes for both areas.  I don't see a way to make separate lists of classes (GoToTraining calls them Catalogs).  I need one list of classes related to product A.  Then I need another list of classes for product B.  Is this possible?
