  I having a problem with my cursor when using Zoho Writer. The cursor actually appears on the monitor two line spaces above and one type space to the left of where the type appears on the page when a key is pressed. I'm using IE9 on a computer with a Windows 7 Professional operating system.   I'm using zoho CRM doing a mail merge with multiple phone numbers.  This is all based out of the 'Contacts' page.  When I merge the phone number that is for the client (the one built in to the 'Contacts' page) it merges correctly for format '(123) 456-7899'. 

• ZohoWriter deletes spaces when pasting a document from Microsoft Word.

  Everytime I try to paste a 63 page document into ZohoWriter, it deletes random spaces between select words throughout the entire document.  An example: Original Text: Sift together the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter until mix resembles bread crumbs rather than flour. Make a hole, pour in milk into center. Mix until liquid is completely mixed in, not until it resembles dough. Mix with be very crumbly. Pour onto a floured surface. Work just until edges no longer look flaky. Indent tops with a thumb

  I have several links in my document. When I export to PDF, these links retain their formatting (e.g. underlined) but they do not function as links any more.

• Use template option now missing

  The option to "use this template" is missing now. Clicking "File" then "new from template" is also not working. I currently cannot find a way to create a new document from a template in Writer.

• Table formatting issues

  When I try to import a Word document the formatting of some of the tables is off. The rows seem to have the cells shifted to the right, usually when cells that span multiple columns are used. Any help solving this issue would be appreciated. • Headers / Footers are cut-off on the right side

  When i use Headers and Footers, they are cut-off on the right side (approx. 0.3 to 0.5 cm of the right side of the header / footer is not shown).   How can i change the width of header / footer? Any other idea how I can solve this issue?   Thanks in advance for any tips, GG
