Companies/Contacts - Default Field - Field Gallery
In Companies and Contacts Default Fields, some items allow the option to "Move to the Field Gallery". What is the Field Gallery and why or how would I use this feature in these modules?
Zoho Bigin 25000 Records Limit
I am unable to add new calls with this error message stating that there is a 25000 records limit in Bigin and we have to upgrade to Zoho CRM to continue. What is the reason for this and what is the resolution? What is 25000 Limit on? Moving to a new system now is really overwhelming and this limit is not stated explicitly anywhere else before we signed up.
Associate emails to a Deal
It would be great if you could associate emails within Bigin to a Deal. At the moment, all emails to/from contact are shown on the "Emails" tab in Deals. This means you see emails not relevant to that Deal.

Automatic mail import on contacts with assosiated email
Is it possible to set up and automatic import of emails from outlook, in such a way that when an email is send from outlook, if that recipients email is in Bigin on a contact level, then it imports the mail as a note?
Linking Bigin to Outlook calendar
We're new to Bigin. We want to use it to organize and track bids and related contacts. Is there a way to link it to Outlook calendars so we can get reminders and track bids and prebid meetings?

Zapier integration
HI, I have noticed that with your zapier integration, it does not matter what pipeline you map it to, it wont work, it will always send it to your 'qualification' stage on the first pipeline.
Microsoft Teams integration
Hello, I would like suggest that it would be a great feature and benefit if Bigin could be integrated with MS Teams. Teams is now pretty much the defacto app for collaboration for small mid-size business' and it would very beneficial to be able to share Deal data in Teams. Thank you for considering this?

Contact activity not updated with calendar event through Zoho Flow
I'm creating an automation with Zoho Flow to create a new contact & event when a new event is created in Calendly. I first create the contact then create an event with the contact's email address as a Participant. When I view the contact in Bigin, I don't see the event in the Activity pane for my contact. When I create the event through bigin manually it shows up in the activity pane. I believe this is a bug as it's working through manual actions.
Begin Telephony- create a deal not possible?
When I accept a call in Zoho CRM I can create a deal from that call. in Bigin, it only gives me the option to create a contact or add to a contact. Is this right? I can't create a deal from phone calls in Bigin?

I cannot select date field "Is not Empty"

Error when deleting Product
Hello, i am currently trying to setup Zoho Bigin. Now I´ve added all of the products my company sells, including ones i personally have nothing to do with. Now i want to delete them to keep it more simple, but get the error message that the products are connected to a deal and therefore they can not be deleted. Only Problem is, there is no deal in the deals module. In the beginning i set up some fictitious deals to check how the system works, but after that i deleted them all.

Delete Bigin Account
Hello! Because of the miscommunication, my colleague has created an extra Bigin account. I have created one too and upgraded it. Now I can't add this said college into 'my' Bigin as a user: "Email associated with an existing user." None of us can find a place he can delete his account (as it's very easily managed with other Zoho apps) or do anything about it to be able to add him as a user. I know we can use some other email but I hope there is some easy and logical way to cope with it besides multiplying

I am looking to add a contract sale person who is not very technology comfortable. I was hoping to let him use Bigin for his activities on the smart phone as it is more direct-to-sales. I found the integration with Zoho Contacts but not with CRM. Is this coming in the next few months? I don't want to create info silos. Ken
Importing Deals in Bigin
Tried a number of times to import Deals: mapped the fields properly, column names, tried .CSV and .XLSX formats; regardless of what I try, Deals do not show up. Bigin displayed the records as they were imported and everything 'looks' fine. Ideas?

Urgent - Call Log in Bigin
How is it possible that Call logs don't register call time duration automatically? On top of it.. I can't register time of call manually. It says invalid. Is it a bug? Something not included in features? A problem with my phone or permits? Please help!
Dashboard component not showing correct information
I have added a dashboard component as follows: After saving, the dashboard is showing all Deals created since the beginning, not only for the current week vs last week. From what I can tell this is reporting per last 7-day period, rather than per calendar week.
Integration with Zoho Mail

Setting call times and marking them as complete
When I log a call, I set a call time for a few minutes before the then-current time so it appears in the CRM as starting in the past. When I try to mark the call as complete, I get an error message saying "Call start time should be in the past". I checked my profile time zone and it is correct. I have attached a screenshot showing the call was started at 4:00 PM on 7/14/20 and I am trying to mark it as complete at 4:21 PM on 7/14/20. What is happening?
How to export deals by product?
Hi there. I'm using zoho, and I need to export all my deals to analyze them with Power BI, but when I export my deals, I get one row per deal in which the ammount is the sum of all the products on that deal. What I need is to get a row per product per deal. Is this possible? Example: I have a deal associated with 2 products (each one with an ammount of 500). Unable to send mail after IMAP mail synchronizing
Hi Dear, After synchronizing with may zoho mail, I can check all mails in Bigin CRM. However I can't reply to those mails. Can somebody help? PS: I suggest the developers shall add Mails or Conversation on left side of boards for the users to check all mails conveniently.

Include Contact Details when exporting a deal to excel
It would be useful that the export tool also include address details for the Customer when exporting deals. At present it only exports a lot of behind the scenes columns and lacking the details that the user want to see or use. Currently when I export this information I am having to link them inside excel. View the products in the mobile version.
