I live in Europe when a make an activity i see only AM/PM where can i set an european time?

Urgent - Call Log in Bigin
How is it possible that Call logs don't register call time duration automatically? On top of it.. I can't register time of call manually. It says invalid. Is it a bug? Something not included in features? A problem with my phone or permits? Please help!
Dashboard component not showing correct information
I have added a dashboard component as follows: After saving, the dashboard is showing all Deals created since the beginning, not only for the current week vs last week. From what I can tell this is reporting per last 7-day period, rather than per calendar week.
Integration with Zoho Mail
I use both programs now and I really like that I can add leads to the CRM. So it would be nice to have that acess to Bigin too.

Lead distribution in round robin model

The idea is to allow a sales team to receive their leads in order of entry for each salesperson. I understand that Bigin's automations are simpler than other platforms and I think they should continue to do so. Setting call times and marking them as complete
When I log a call, I set a call time for a few minutes before the then-current time so it appears in the CRM as starting in the past. When I try to mark the call as complete, I get an error message saying "Call start time should be in the past". I checked my profile time zone and it is correct. I have attached a screenshot showing the call was started at 4:00 PM on 7/14/20 and I am trying to mark it as complete at 4:21 PM on 7/14/20. What is happening?
How to export deals by product?
Hi there. I'm using zoho, and I need to export all my deals to analyze them with Power BI, but when I export my deals, I get one row per deal in which the ammount is the sum of all the products on that deal. What I need is to get a row per product per deal. Is this possible? Example: I have a deal associated with 2 products (each one with an ammount of 500). What i currently get is: Deal 1 | Ammount 1000 What i need: Deal 1 Product 1 | Ammount 500 Deal 1 Product 2 | Ammount 500 Thanks in advance

Unable to send mail after IMAP mail synchronizing
Hi Dear, After synchronizing with may zoho mail, I can check all mails in Bigin CRM. However I can't reply to those mails. Can somebody help? PS: I suggest the developers shall add Mails or Conversation on left side of boards for the users to check all mails conveniently.

Include Contact Details when exporting a deal to excel
It would be useful that the export tool also include address details for the Customer when exporting deals. At present it only exports a lot of behind the scenes columns and lacking the details that the user want to see or use. Currently when I export this information I am having to link them inside excel. Hello, Three massive improvements would be: The ability to add voicenotes, as possible in Zoho CRM A product register on the contact record, to add specific products to contacts. View the products in the mobile version. Color Coded Text Tags
I would like to categorize my deals by our service categories. I love that we can choose what we see on the deal cards and this would help in differnciate each deal from one another.
Exclude Domains
In the Channels->Email->Email Sharing Permission->Public There is "Exclude Domains" where I have entered our domain so that internal emails cannot be imported. This does not seem to work. I can find no help on this option. What is it supposed to do?

New User has 3 questions about Bigin
I own a small real estate company. I have struggled to find an easy to use and functional crm and transaction manager that I feel my agents will actually use. Been testing Bigin some for past 2 days. It has awesome promise for many of my needs. Before I spend too much time developing workflows, I was hoping someone could help me with these questions. Have a couple questions: 1) How do i bulk email to deals in the pipeline? I do not want to send emails manually instead i intend to select a few deals and send followup emails. How can this be done? 2) Is the email sequence feature available yet? 3) How do i customize the sales pipeline stages?

Looks great very exciting announcement!! Like a lot of your customers we have been using CRM for Sales and Desk for customer service request.
