I would like to categorize my deals by our service categories. I love that we can choose what we see on the deal cards and this would help in differnciate each deal from one another.Exclude Domains
In the Channels->Email->Email Sharing Permission->Public There is "Exclude Domains" where I have entered our domain so that internal emails cannot be imported. This does not seem to work. I can find no help on this option. What is it supposed to do?Email Signature

I own a small real estate company. I have struggled to find an easy to use and functional crm and transaction manager that I feel my agents will actually use. Been testing Bigin some for past 2 days. It has awesome promise for many of my needs. Before I spend too much time developing workflows, I was hoping someone could help me with these questions.
