  Why in the world does Zoho Books not allow you to automatically (or at the very least manually) charge a Retainer Invoice to a customers credit card on file? • Templates for budget syncronised?

  Hi, We know there are 2 ways of creating budgets from ZOHO CRM. There is the CRM way and the BOOKS way. We are using the BOOKS way but we steped into a problem. Sometimes we have to change the budget template and there is so timelosing to change it we have to go Zoho Books, look for the budget and then change it. Is there a way to syncronize the CRM budgets template and Books budgets templates? Or at least a way to use CRM templates over Book budgets. Best Regards, Julen Durán

  I have received a loan from a vendor for $5,000. How do I enter this correctly in my bank? I will be paying it back with interest. Only thing I can see is to enter it as a deposit- but then it appears I am either depositing owner equity or else it looks like income.   When an Invoice is created, the item sold is assigned a category. We use these categories to evaluate revenue amounts by category. It would be helpful if tasks in the Timesheet Projects could be categorized also. Currently, all of the revenue received through projects tracked in the Timesheet area of Books appears in the uncategorized line item in reports so we can not tell what kind of project/revenue has been created.

• Zoho Books - Matching Banking statements and payments in multi currencies

  I'm issuing invoices in multi currencies. How to I match these payments with the Banking transactions? I've used the correct exchange rates and recorded the bank transaction fee to give the exact matching payment to the statement value but because the payment is recorded in EUR and the Banking transaction/statement is in GBP the system doesn't seem to be able to associate them together.
