• Zoho Invoices to Zoho CRM

    I set up the Finance integration to link Zoho Invoice with Zoho CRM with the intention of being able to see client invoices in CRM, but it seems only the contact details are synced between the systems.  Is there a way to see invoices from Zoho Invoice in Zoho CRM so I can see what invoices clients has outstanding, part paid, fully paid etc. Thanks Eoin H

    Hello, I have a business in which it's very important to calculate how many days a customer is client with us. I created a custom field in Clients with "Start datum" in which the starting date is collected. How can I create a field in Clients which displays how many days this client is a client of us. And obviously, when "End date" contains information it should count only until that date. I have very limited coding knowledge! :) Thank you for your time.

    I have been trying to create a function linked to a Workflow, that will when a Potential is created from the Account module the function will auto fill in the form. I have looked on the forum and found some code but I am unable to get it working.  In the editor it executes OK and the ouput in the function editor contains no erorrs.     I have made a list in Zoho CRM and have synced it to my Zoho contact list for a campaign. The list has been sitting in the active sync list for over 24 hours. The list is active in the sync but it is in the "import Queue" and has not added any of the contact to my list. Please advise me on how I can fix this problem.   • Can't position Name field on contacts

    I have the issue that I cannot position the first name & last names system fields on my contacts form. They are also showing "Created Time", "Modified Time" and "Last Activity Time" fields alongside them which is interfering with my contact layout.     Call someone tell me what are the field format/requirement for EVERY FIELDS. Example:  "Single Line" or "Phone" etc is not enough for error Handling ! - Does the 'Single Line' accept special character ? Is it Alphanumeric ? - What are the 'Phone' format ?     Currently trying to use salesIQ and integrate it in CRM, salesIQ was installed successfully, apparently, add Lead button is not working properly, add Contact is working tho. the form for addLead is submitting, and 200 response, but it is not firing, some javascript errors is logging in the console. attaching screenshot of the errors,

    When following the OAuth authentication documentation for Zoho CRM (here), I find that when calling the API to obtain a refresh token, the expires_in field returns the expiry time in milliseconds, not seconds as given in the OAuth2 specification.  This is not an issue if manually or programatically handling tokens without a library, but when using an OAuth2 compliant client library, the expiry is calculated incorrectly due to the specific expires_in field not being in seconds.     Hi Team, Please help me out in this. I have integrated zoho forms with zoho  CRM.  In form i have a dropdown  of AREA list,  in CRM dropdown "area field " is mapped as dependencies with Region field.   • Integration Field doesn't show CRM custom module

    HI, I created a custom module in Zoho CRM. In Creator, I like to add an Integration field to "link" the record ID to the record ID of this CRM module. However, I see Opportunities, Vendors, etc.. but not my Custom Module. Did I miss something ? The goal is to have the Creator application to be listed as related list in the CRM Module. I could achieve this with the Opportunities / Deal Module, but apparently not for a custom module. BTW, I'm admin in both CRM and Creator. Thank you

    Hi, I was trying to access ZohoCRM record using API V2 and python SDK but I'm stuck. I'm using a simple python script from my Mac so not a sever and this seems to be the first problem: I cannot connect.  I went to https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole and created an API but I cannot figure out how to configure zcrmsdk. I copied and pasted the information into oauth_configuration.properties but it doesn't connect. I also tried to create a self_client key but I cannot figure out how to use it.

    I'm trying to integrate asterisk on CRM. Downloaded the Phonebridge adapter and got 'UnknownHostException' while installing the adapter. I don't understand what this error means. I don't understand the adapter is installed or not. When I try to dial the number from lead, which I created for a test, there appear popup windows with text, 'CONNECTING' but no traffic comes to PBX server.  What can I check?
