Is there a template I can open in excel for easy uploading of an excel file to the CRM? I want to upload a large number of advertiser fields and can't figure out how to format the document so that Zoho can import it. I exported an excel file of a few pre-existing leads so I could use that format. We have many data fields, but only 10 are required for a lead to be saved. 1からカスタムタブを作るとします。 よくあるレイアウトで、見積もりのレイアウト中に見積もり行を入力するもとのします。 リレーショナルデータベースのセオリーで考えると、「見積もり」と、「見積もり明細行」というタブをそれぞれ作り、1対多の関係で表示するかと思います。 サブフォームなんですが、見積もりに表示されているサブフォームで、見積もり明細行のフィールドデータを表示させるには、どのようにすれば良いのでしょうか? 何をもってリレーションを定義するのか?(1つルックアップを作るのか) 明細行のフィールドの値は、カスタム関数で記述しなければならないのでしょうか? なども含めて、教えてください。
Ability to add contact CRM notes from within Desk
It's nice that from within Zoho Desk we can see CRM information by clicking on the CRM icon. We use the Contact Notes field to provide some basic information about the customer. It would be nice if agents from within Desk could add/edit the customer notes without having to leave the ticket and open the CRM. Is there any way to do this? Here's a screenshot showing the contact note displaying within Zoho Desk, but there is not a way to add a new note or edit the existing note:

Separate Customer and Leads Form?
I have customer and leads form. They have same shared attributes like Name, Phone, Address and Leads have it's specific attributes like First Contact Time, Contact Via. I want to separate Customer and Leads into different form but my boss want to add Customer into Leads form as a subform they have same attribute so no need to have Customer form. My question are: 1. What's the pros and cons of each? 2. For the second option (Customer inside Leads form as a subform), how to design the form?

Hi everyone, Ok... At the very beginning I did the set up of the system in English. But I am French and so do my clients. So i have turned the languages from English to French. All seemed to be ok but still... when I go to the "account" section, scroll down to "create a new invoice"... to export it as a PDF, the PDF invoice is in English while the system is in French...I have spent hours to investigate... Hello Could someone help me delete a super admin account? When I created the zoho account, I created an account called admin@mydomain.com. Then I raised my walter.santos@mydomain.com account to super admin, but even though it's super admin I can't delete the admin account. Outlook Plugin Doesn't Work

The problem is that instead of running the function on each store, it is passing all the stores into one function. But what other options are there? Where is there a better definition of these? Uploading PDF Attachments to Lead records using Zoho SDK v2.0.1.0
I am working on a c# application that utilizes the Zoho SDK v2.0.1 to create Lead records. Once the Lead record is successfully created, I need to upload the relevant PDF file as an attachment. Once the CommonUtil.ValidateFile() method confirms that the filepath exists and is of acceptable size, I call the UploadAttachment() method on the ZCRMRecord instance. Posting data from my web application, to a custom module in Zoho CRM
Good morning, I am having trouble populating a custom module I've built from a form in my node.js application. i do not want to use web forms because styling is going to be difficult. It is a multi-step form with lots of javascript. Much rather prefer to post form fields from my web app on every form submission to the custom module I've created. Linking Mass Email to CRM Campaign Functionality
We have successfully sent a few mails using the Mass Email function in CRM. However, it seems odd that we cannot link this activity to the Campaigns function, i.e. create a campaign list there, and then link a Mass Email to the list and manage the Mass Email from the Campaign function. Am I missing something? Seems highly illogical and I fail to see the real value of the Campaign tool unless it can link across. Note: I am not talking about Zoho Campaigns tool - that is a separate module altogether

Mobile CRM- task view not correct
Hi we have a task view on our desktop which we use as a daybook and it is filtered to show only tasks that have daybook written in and status is not closed. It works great. The problem is that on the phone it shows closed daybook tasks as well. Turn off autocomplete in Sheets
I'm not sure if it's b/c of the keyboard I'm using or if it's just that autocomplete is too sensitive, but I am CONSTANTLY misspelling words, specifically in Zoho Sheets, as I'm typing in data where autocomplete will finish my word while I'm still typing and ultimately cause what I'm typing to lose a letter and then what I'm typing to come out incorrect. We work in the construction industry, but I assume this would also be helpful for people in real estate as well. We would like to be able to map specific addresses associated to deals in the browser but more importantly in the mobile app. For example, a builder would be our account that has their own physical address.
