Below is the line of the code that matters: orderedLength = shoulder + "__________(TRY: "+tryOnLength+" ADJ: "+lengthAdjustment+")";To be clear, I've added an arbitrary 10 underscore "_" characters into the string before the word "(TRY" and I also added an arbitrary 10 blank spaces before the word "ADJ" My problem is that the spaces are being ignored such that output looks like below: 20__________(TRY: 21 ADJ: -1) The 10 space characters
Automatically create invoice in Zoho Books when a status changes in CRM
We have a custom module in Zoho CRM that tracks some of our work. When the status of an item is changed to Complete, we want to automatically pull the pricing info (also stored in that custom module) and create an invoice in Zoho Books. How do I do this? Do I need to use the API?
Creator not allowing me to create a crm potential
Accounts, Contacts, etc. are all working within my code, but when I try to add potential I get the check required field is entered correctly error. Not sure why Potentials is the only module that is having this issue but it needs to be resolved
Custom Picklists and CRM API - Not Supported?
Hello - Not sure if I'm missing something, but it appears that I can't access the custom picklists that have been added to my organization's 'Cases' type via the API. I've inspected the returns from the getFields method (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/getfields.html), as well as the returns from the getRecords method (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/getrecords.html), but neither of these show the field I'm looking for. Is this not supported, or is there something I'm missing in my call signature?
Website Contact Form message field
The CRM webforms only seem to be useful for creating or updating leads/contacts. I do not see anywhere how to set up a simple contact form and integrate it with Zoho CRM. It was suggested to use the description field or create a multi-line field for the comment field of the form in the Lead/Contact section but that makes absolutely no sense. How to pull Client Email address into a Task?
Activities are the least customisable of all the Modules within CRM. Why? I need to pull the Contact Email field contents from a Contact Record into a Task when I create it. Improve webhooks parameters in the User Defined Format
Hi there! I have idea to improve webhooks parameters in UDF. Add entity with all properties in custom format, like: ${Module::format}. Example: ${Leads::json} Result: {"Lead Id":"1234","First Name":"Jack",...and all other params in Leads entity} This template is more better and simple for clients. Deduplication not working effectively
I'm finding deduplication is only successful on the website version of Zoho CRM. When our consultants are entering leads or clients via the mobile apps or the Outlook plugin they are not prompted that the company they are entering is an existing contact in the CRM. Ability to select and merge accounts like on Zoho Desk
It would be useful if we could merge client accounts in the CRM like we can with tickets on Zoho Desk. Here is an example of the function as it exists in Zoho Desk: It would be useful to be able to merge accounts in the CRM where perhaps the same account was entered twice but the name was spelt differently making it unable to be picked up during deduplication.

Rate Clients (Accounts)
It would be great if there was a way we could rate our clients in the CRM for internal purposes! I.e. Star ratings or smilies - similar to how you rate feedback after chatting with us Companies like Uber have adopted this kind of technique. Mobile apps don't integrate properly with website

Is there a way I can deduplicate by partial name?
I'm wondering if there's a macro / rule I can set up to deduplicate clients by partial name? Sometimes when people are entering clients themselves they are forgetting things like Pty Ltd on the end of client names, so 2 client organisations are created that are actually the same.
It would be good if custom fields appeared in Leads app
It would be good if the custom fields created in Zoho CRM Leads module carried over to the Leads app by default. Our organisation would like some control over the information being entered into the CRM via the business card scanning app. Currently our consultants have to click on settings in the app and select the custom fields for them to appear after they've scanned a card.
Insert a record to custom Module with a related item field
Hello, I'm currently integrating the Zoho API into my system, I'd like to insert a record for my module (let's say CustomModule 1) with a related item field linked to Accounts module. Is there a way to update a Lead Owner once they have been converted?
I have mass imported leads to our CRM (on behalf of my organisation) and by default was selected as the Lead Owner. I then discovered these leads were existing accounts, so I have converted them accordingly. Once I converted the leads I changed the contact owner to the correct person owning the account, however when I set up dashboards on my home screen I can see it looks like I have converted 80% of the organisations leads. Is there a way I can change the lead owner so our dashboard statistics
Unique/Custom CRM Field Auto Update after Form Submission... Possible?? Workflow or Custom Function?
Hello, I have been chatting with support but not getting very far. This is most likely a programming question. Disclaimer, I am not a deluge programmer. I noticed today I was unable to tag other zoho users in cases while filling in notes. Usually I type in @(Insert Name Here) but nothing happens when I type in the trigger character. Any ideas as to why this feature stopped working?
Confidential Deals in CRM
Hi there, One of the guys in my team has asked if Zoho have anything in place to hide confidential deals in the CRM? Restrict the access to just him for that particular job? He is apart of a wider team, so he will need to share some of his other deals, however some of them are private and cannot be viewed by other people in the organisation. How do I assign tasks and reminders to others in CRM?
Our projects have multiple owners who share responsibilities across the lifecycle of a deal. Is there a way the primary owner can assign a task or reminder to members of his team? Or better yet, a way to automatically have team members receiving the same reminders and notifications as the owner?

Unable to click on users
I am an Administrator of our CRM account and I am unable to click on selected users under Setup > Users Some of our users are appearing as 'undefined' and when I attempt to click on them the red bar across the top of the CRM page loads continuously. We've logged a ticket with support and have made no progress with the development team. It's been 4 days since the issue was reported, and our users are unable to work in the CRM. Hello Dear Colleagues! I have complicated situation when one exemplar of module "Contacts" could be associated with more than one exemplars of "Accounts". In this case comes up problem with correct matching tickets with Account. So we created custom field in Ticket form, which is manually filled with correct account name. Hello everyone, I created a function that is supposed to set up a milestone in Teamwork Project (from teamwork.com) but I can't make it work. I don't get any response code so I'm kinda stuck here, can anyone tell me what I've been doing wrong ? Here is the Teamwork doc, and the milestone reference. Conversion Rules
Hi, We are looking for a solution where a Lead can be created with minimal amount of required information (First Name & Last Name) but before the Lead can be converted to a Contact, the Lead's Email & Phone Number fields have to be filled. We can set "Required Fields" in Contacts which only applies when a new Contact is created but these rules DO NOT apply when a Lead is converted.
