Max Size of a Webhook
I need to drive data from CRM to Creator using a webhook. I understand how to do that and it works. The question is - how many different fields can I send in a webhook? For example, I have 55 fields in my Leads module in CRM. Can I send all of them in one webhook? Is there an actual or theoretical maximum to the size of the url that is created by the webhook? I'm a VA. My client had 3 programs and I created 3 departments (A, B, C) based on those programs. I have a general department Membership that's associated with a membership@domain.com email address. If someone submits a ticket from one of those departments - A, B or C, I want it to go to membership@domain.com instead of aprogram@domain.com, bprogram@domain.com, cprogram@domain.com. Dear, I have created a (very small) application in Creator, which includes CRM data fields, e.g. Accounts. I have created a list, in which the CRM accounts are visible. This field is "imported" out of CRM. Now I want to go to the account in CRM and do this by clicking on the "Account Name" in the list. Hello, I currently use Pipedrive as my CRM software. I love it for my staff but I the reporting and dashboard falls a little short. I would love to use Zoho reporting but I am trying to figure out how to intergrate them seemlessly. Can not create CRM task from Zoho Mail
I integrated Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM. When I receive one email from a Lead and try to create a task directly from the email app I get an error message saying "Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.¨ As you can see in the attached picture the mandatory field is not empty. Hi Can different page templates be made for a contact by type? E.g. say I have a list of contacts but I would like to categorize them into contact type A,B,C. Getfields method only gets field on first layout of new UI
Using https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Potentials/getFields?authtoken={{authtoken}}&scope={{scope}} should get me the available fields of a potential. I currently have the new UI enabled, giving me multiple layouts for a potential record. Some fields are availabe on both layouts, some only on one. If I perform the getfields call, I only get the fields on the first layout. I performing a API call insertRecord to a potential, I can also only fill those fields available on the first layout. Not
Templates for budget syncronised?
Hi, We know there are 2 ways of creating budgets from ZOHO CRM. There is the CRM way and the BOOKS way. We are using the BOOKS way but we steped into a problem. Sometimes we have to change the budget template and there is so timelosing to change it we have to go Zoho Books, look for the budget and then change it. Is there a way to syncronize the CRM budgets template and Books budgets templates? Or at least a way to use CRM templates over Book budgets. Best Regards, Julen Durán

Zoho Survey Not displaying
Hello, I have created a copy of two surveys. One with integration with ZOHO CRM and one without integration. The survey that has integration is set up to feed new customers directly into our CRM contacts module after they complete the survey. I have mapped the fields in the CRM to the fields in the survey. The issue is that once I enable integration, the survey does not display and only displays a blank white page. ZOho Test Survey - this page only appears blank to me and I can not see the survey

Can I add more than 1 email address in Leads?
When I import I sometimes have multiple email addresses, however I am told to enter a "valid email" if there is more than one populated.
New Interface - Not CRM friendly?
I like the new interface, as I see the benefits once I adopt it fully. A couple of issues that are stopping me to fully adopt: - The CRM email tab is still old style - I'm sure this will update soon... am I missing anything or is this still only available in old version? - The new Mail's Calendar does not Syn with the CRM as the old version did, so it makes it difficult to work in that area, as we keep switching back to CRM for Calendar. - I really liked the left hand icon bar in the old version
Stay In Touch Feature - Just Like Salesforce
I was wondering if Zoho CRM has the similar feature like in salesforce where I can send a Stay In Touch request and my contacts can update the information. Once the information is updated, I get the ability to accept whether to accept modification or not (or partial acceptance). Please advice what is the possibility of achieving same objective in Zoho CRM.

Reports do not export to PDF properly
It seems that many of the reports (specifically the one I am trying is Pipeline by Stage) do not export to a usable PDF format and I'm forced to export to excel and manually manipulate each time. 1) Page margins are not set up, so that the text runs all the way to the side of the paper. 2) Cannot select page size 3) Columns are evenly spaces rather than distributed to match the width of the data. example :column for number of sales days (3 digits max) is the same width as the column for description

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible, either in Zoho CRM or Zoho Invoice, to custom some sliding scale tariff for a monthly billing process. We've investigate how to set it : - first on a single account, based on its yearly consumption, - then for a groupe of customer, based on the # of subscribers. One report for Leads and Accounts

We are using Zoho CRM and we are automatically sending Reports everyday via E-Mail to keep on track regarding lead generation etc. In order to find out what percentage of the original leads became customers and distinguish by their lead source, we would need one report where all former leads/accounts/potentials are in. How to have the same users and email in 2 different instances
We want two instances of CRM for two different small companies we operate. In each company there are different staff but the same 2 managers using the same email address. How do we setup two instances where the same user with same email address can use both instances. We dont want staff to see the other instance but we want the managers to use both.
CRM Export/Report
Hello there! I stumbled upon a little problem while trying to create some sort of report in Zoho CRM. I just wanted to create a csv-like file with specific fields. First I tried to accomplish the export with the help of the export functionality under setup/Data Administration but that allows only the export of single modules where I would have to combine them myself. The tab "Report" is usually enough but in this case it allows only 3 additional modules to create a report which is not quite enough.
CRM to Campaigns - not enough syncs at a time
I was told by the Zoho campaigns team that there is an issue with CRM that makes only 5 syncs possible to be active at a time (even if they are scheduled to each run on different days of the week). This is very limiting since often we need or want several concurrent lists that are easiest to segment as views in the CRM vs from a master list in Zoho Campaigns. When will you be allowing more active syncs per day or to have active more than 5 at once if they are not all triggering on the same day?
