More Syncs per day with Zoho Campaigns
I was told by the Zoho campaigns team that there is an issue with CRM that makes only 5 syncs possible to be active at a time (even if they are scheduled to each run on different days of the week). This is very limiting since often we need or want several concurrent lists that are easiest to segment as views in the CRM vs from a master list in Zoho Campaigns. When will you be opening the API to allow more active syncs per day to reach the CRM?

Hi If & when is the new Zoho CRM UI coming out? Please follow mircosofts lead with Windows 10 left hand menu icons & hamburger menus as everyone uses wide screens and is the best use of screen space available. Something like Zoho mail would be great!
Automation tied to notes
Is it possible to be notified via email when a new NOTE is added to a lead? I can get an email notification when we edit a field in the LEAD, but we would like to know when a new note has been added. Cheers, Brian
Can I map a dependency using 2 date fields?
Hi, I'm looking to map a dependency between 2 date fields - Closing date and Start date. So, if a Potential is closed on e.g. 31st January, I'd like to ensure that the only available Start date could be no earlier than 1st February. I know dependencies can be mapped between pick list items as a standard functionality, but it doesn't look like it can be done for date fields. Has anyone got a workaround? Many thanks, Chris
change company of contact person in a task
I have added a task to someone that I met. Later I attach this person to a company. But the task is still connected to the person and the related to field is empty. Example: I create a task for Mr Jones. I don't know which company Mr Jones works for. A week later I create company ACME and add Mr Jones to it. When I view the task, it is still connected to Mr Jones, but the related field is empty although it should show company ACME.
Close trial CRM accounts, but retain email adresses
Hi, I have setup an organisation with Zoho and created multiple email accounts. I have just started setting up an organisational CRM and invited all the organisation members. I have since discovered that 2 users have inadvertently opened and become the admin for their own trial version of CRM. Because of this they are unable to accept my invite to the organisational CRM. Hello All, My use case is as follows: 1. Upload offline customer details to Zoho CRM 2. Connect my e-commerce website with Zoho CRM (via Zoho API) 3. For every purchase transaction on the website, a new invoice or sales order gets created in Zoho CRM (real-time or asynchronous) 4. Create and manage a customer reward system in Zoho CRM. So the next time, a customer makes a purchase on my e-commerce website, a look up is made to Zoho CRM, determine the rewards and offer it right away on my website.
Notes Will Not Save
When entering notes within Leads or Contacts, the information will disappear, and not save. (See Image Below) A blank box appears when I click the save button. I've tried multiple browsers, clearing my cache, deleting my cookies, logging out and back in, and attempting under different users. This is frustrating. I have to double the amount of work I do since the notes will not save. Please advise.

Blogger, CRM, Feedburner Help
I have a website through Weebly and a blog through Blogger. Subscribers are managed through Feedburner. My e-mail is through Zoho. I'm trying to figure out how to set up Zoho CRM so that when someone subscribes through Feedburner, the contacts go directly to CRM. This way Feedburner sends out my blog posts as I publish but I could also send out a separate e-mail to subscribers through CRM. Does anyone have any suggestions? Sync Free CRM with iPhone?
I would like to sync the free version of ZOHO CRM with my iphone so that contacts and calendars are on both but when I try to set it up via a new Exchange Active Sync as instructed here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/access-from-mobile.html I get an "Unable to Verify" error and cannot conntect. Mail is getting flagged as "read"
I setup Zoho Mail so I can send mail from within Recruit. We are using MS Exchange SaaS / Office 360 hosted exchange server accounts. I can see, send and receive e-mails now. But all my incoming mail gets automatically flagged as "read", even though i have not read it in either Outlook or any of the Zoho products. Please help?
Warning when e-mail contains empty field
Sometimes e-mails get sent while some referenced fields (${Contacts.Field}) they reference are still empty. Especially new employees sometimes forget to fill in some fields before they send an email to a client for example. It would be nice if you got a warning when the e-mail you are sending (either manually or with a macro) contains at least one empty field. I don't know exactly what the implications of this would be. Maybe some people rely on empty fields so either one field or another gets displayed.

Android App: Multiple Notifications
Is there some reason we get a separate notification of each incoming email? The CRM app is creating many notifications and this is not a good practice. There should be one notification with an email count, similar to how Gmail does it.

Hey, Is there a way to shorten URL's within Zoho CRM? Alternatively, any integration that might do so ? I configured Zoho CRM to generate specific URL's based on some specific fields from my leads. This URL is then being used in my email marketing system. Unfortunately, Gmail doesn't seem to be so keen on this generated URL (it is really long). 'Send Mail' Not Working from 'Activities' tab after switching to IMAP
Hi, After switching to IMAP I cannot sent an email from my Activities tab. An error pops up that says: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined Zoho crm" It appears to work from the lead and contact section in that the email pops up with no error but I have yet to discover if it actually sends. Mailchimp.com: Email marketing service from MailChimp. Design, send, and track HTML email campaigns. I really want to use ZOHO as my one-stop shop for all my business needs - and email marketing will play an important role in this. I need to be able to send HTML newsletters for monthly subscribers as well as send those emails to leads. Is this possible right now? Does ZOHO Mail even sync with ZOHO CRM yet? Tighter integration between zCRM and zSUPPORT ???
Are there any plans to have better integration between crm and support? We use CrmPlus and have access to the dedicated zoho support add-on but due to poor integration we use CRM cases. We will eventually need to move to a dedicated support portal but with the current setup this will mean migrating totally to another provider. I'd appreciate any info on future integrations between the two.

CRM mobile tasks not syncing properly
i have many tasks that show up in my iPhone app for Zoho CRM as not completed (e.g. not started, or in progress), yet they have all be correctly marked as complete in my online CRM instance. how do i clear out all these old tasks from my CRM mobile app? yes, I know that i can open each of them in mobile and mark them as completed, but there are hundreds! besides this will over-write the correct completion date which is already in the online version for these tasks. note, the problem may be related

Cannot Add User to Campaigns; Error Message
My company uses both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Insofar as I can tell, the two products are synced up using the sync key you provide. I am trying to add my boss, who is a user in Zoho CRM, into Zoho Campaigns so that he can view the analytics for our emails. I am getting this error message. This email address has been already used in some other organization. We have been evaluating the IMAP integration for a few weeks and have noticed that when the CRM polls exchange in Office 365 it set the e-mail to read, rather than leaving it as unread. This is really frustrating, has anyone else seen this problem and know how to fix it? David
Update customModule1 when Lead is converted
Hi, I've created a new module (wishes) which is related (*:1) to a Lead or Account. On the Wish module, I've added 2 lookup fields for Leads and Accounts to set this up. Scenario: I want to convert a Lead into an Account (and Contact). On the related Wish module, the lookup field Lead info should be transferred to the lookup field Account. Is this possible? If yes, is it possible to automate this within the process started when the [convert] button is clicked? Thanks in advance for looking into this.

I use a web-to-lead form on my company's website and I've been got a lot of spam messages, as you can see on following snapshot: So, what can I do to avoid those annoying stuff? I've configured the Recaptcha from Google and programmatically adapted to web-to-lead form in order to try blocking those spammers, however they still coming. If there something I can do it would be wonderful. My hosting is from GoDaddy with cPanel, if it's relevant.

Workflow not sending emails
I put on my website a "new lead" form and additionally I configured a workflow to send a "thankyou" email when a new lead comes from website and the rule should be applied only when a lead is created and not edited. But in my case, I set in config to aprove each lead before, in order to avoid spammers. The problem is that the email has not been sent and I have no idea why. Contact sync push data to zoho CRM not pushing previous campaigns contacts
Hello, I setup contact sync in CAMPAIGNS and configured it to push opened + clicked as leads to CRM. I created the sync on Feb 1st, however, in CRM, I can only see contacts from recent campaigns and nothing from previous campaigns (Jan 24 and earlier). Noting that: - I specified the SYNC fetch details to pull everything - The contacts have full info (first name, last name, email, company, title) If you can look into our CAMPAIGNS account, you'll find that for example all OPEN in campaign Bank List_2
