External CRM - Cannot send emails @domain.com
Hi there, we are using vTiger as a CRM --> we would like to send out emails within vTiger using the email addresses we created for our domain here at Zoho. In the CRM I can only add one email address "crmnotify@domain.com". Zoho does now not allow us to send from other email addresses withing the CRM (e.g. name@domain.com), but this is what we need to do. Is there a security setting we can turn off in Zoho, so Zoho just checks if the sender's email address is "@domain.com", but does not check for
HELP! Uploading contacts to CRM with (CRM) Campaigns
We are setting up Zoho to go live very shortly. I am currently in the process of importing all the contact and account data, which we have no problems with. HOWEVER, I also need to associate the contacts with the campaigns they belong to. How do we add the contacts to the CRM Campaigns in Zoho from an upload? I understand that you can upload new contacts to an existing campaign, but not existing contact to a new campaign without doing it manually. I've got over 20 campaigns to import each with 100-500

Zoho CRM Mail Magnet Problems
Is anyone having issues with the Mail Magnet ? I am currently having problems with a 3 user install where the Magnet works fine for 1 user but not for two others. I have had situations where, although mail does not show in the Magnet it does appear in the email related items for the contact and also instances where it does not appear under the contact - which is really bad news. In both cases where the Magnet fails and the emal does not appear under the contact, I know the email has been matched

Changes to search layout not appearing
I am trying to make a change to the search layout for Leads so include a search on a custom field. When I try to authenticate my Gmail, Google prevents this because Zoho CRM doesn't meet the required security standards. The email I receive from Google contains the following: Someone just tried to sign in to your Google Account ***@***.** from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards. This happens for every Gmail address I tried. When will the security be improved so we can use a Gmail integration? Thanks
Copying Custom address data into quotes address data
Hi All, I have been looking for an elegant solution as we are working with Zoho CRM to create invoices and quotes. They have an extra address field which is often either the house name etc, This creates a dilemma when creating the quote as it doesn't automatically pull through that field when you choose the account or contact. Hello, One of my workflow in Zoho CRM create a task (module Activities) as a follow up. I want a second workflow in Zoho CRM to, after a date trigger, be executed only if the task created in my first workflow is not "completed". Hi, We have 2 users for our google aps/zoho crm account for example name1@ and name2@ however we use a generic email address for all customer contact info@ what's the best way of setting this up so the mail integration works in Zoho CRM, so we can check, assign and respond to emails under our own account name1@ but be working on info@ email account?? Migrating from Google to Office 365
Dear Zoho Team, We are migrating from our Google Apps platform to Microsoft O365, however we are currently relying on Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM for our support and sales departments. Before I migrate all of our accounts from Google to O365, how do I ensure that none of my Zoho services are impacted? Moving a lead from one list to another with a field change in Zoho CRM
I have been trying to figure out how to move a lead from one list to another using a field change as a trigger in Zoho CRM. I have been using workflows for this and have found that the workflow will not be triggered when changing an existing field that has already been synced to campaigns. I did however find that the workflow will trigger if a new field is synced to the campaign, Am I correct here?

Search for account when adding contact from GMail widget
When adding a new email address as a contact to existing account inside GMail, the widget does not auto-complete and does not allow searching for existing account. The result is that if the account name was not written EXACTLY as it is in Zoho, a new account will be created for the contact. The widget should work like the ZOho CRM Email add-on works for adding a contact - there's a search button next to account selection box, which verifies the name typed and suggest similar names.
How to find whether a crm user has crm api access or not?
Zoho CRM documentation says user api access status can be found under crm -> setup -> users & permissions tab, but unfortunately I cannot find anything there.

Birthday Alerts/Reminder and Workflow
I still am not understanding, how a system like Zoho can be so flexible, and yet cannot have the option to develop birthday and anniversary alerts, then run a workflow to send emails, print mailing labels, and do a mail merge. Some of the most inflexible CRMs out there can do this.. I think this implementation is long overdue.. If it is possible, then please let me know how to do this.. thank you.
Twilio Caller IDs integration for Zoho CRM
Hi all, I think a great addition to Zoho CRM would be to allow custom caller IDs when using Twilio as your VOIP service. Looking at the documentation it doesn't seem it would be a huge task to implement. https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/rest/outgoing-caller-ids It would really be a great help as I have users who work around the country and would benefit from customer caller IDs. Otherwise, love Zoho so far, keep up the good work!
How do I get a leads associated 'Quick Notes' using the API?
I have a requirement to list notes associated with a lead in an application outside of Zoho using the API. I can get the lead information but the notes seem to be contained in a "Quick Notes" field, see below. This seems to be a unique identifier, but I am note sure how to get the list of notes. Why is the contact phone number no longer auto-populating when creating a quote?
When creating a quote, the contact phone number used to auto-populate from the contact module. For some reason, this is no longer happening and we cannot determine what has changed or how to change it back. Please help.

CRM form not adding data or sending email.
I am new to Zoho and need some assistance. I created the following form: http://ctac-nh.zohosites.com/nick-test.html using embedded html. Sync between Potentials in ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Campaigns (to send a survey)
I want to send an e-mail inviting customers to take a survey. The e-mail should be sent to everyone from a specific survey who has purchased from us recently. The sync is set to retrieve all contacts for potentials in a specific territory, where the potential status is Won. Initially I had entered an 'modified after...date' criteria too, but removed this to get to basics. No data is transferred. I've checked that all the potentials have a contact. I've checked that the territory is listed correctly.

However in the custom function I have tried to use the inbuilt function zoho.crm.updateRecord. Howver it would appear that the function zoho.crm.updateRecord can only handled Key Value Pairs and not the nested pairs that would be required for adding Product Lines. Can you confirm my

Tasks - Assigning Tasks Dynamically
So right now, we only have the ability to assign tasks to specific users. Should I use a Zoho blog or integrate a wordpress blog if I want to mail subscribers?
I have currently set up a blog page on my website using Zoho blog. My issue is that there is no "subscribe via email" function to this page, only a subscribe via RSS. Not everyone has an RSS reader. Ideally I'd like a "subscribe via email" option on the blog page. Currently I can't see a way of adding this. Hi, We have set up our CRM on Zoho Creator so we can manage our enquiries and bookings of sports bookings for football pitches, tennis courts, etc. We want to be able to track when a sports venue responds to a user. We've tried making links that go to a Zoho form for venues to accept or decline a booking. However some venues have restricted access to the internet, so these links dont always work. We also dont want the venue to get the real email address of the user, and vica versa. Like Holiday Lettings

If I migrate tasks and notes ... Will the migration come from tasks.zoho.com and notes.zoho.com ?? Or will it be my CRM.zoho task??? Also, in CRM task are assigned or tagged with pull downs. Will those designations move too. I suspect CRM task will be unaffected. So, if it draws just from tasks.zoho, will my tags be imported also>???
Cannot attach files within CRM
On the CRM Prospects tab, once I have opened the page for a specific prospect I usually have no problems uploading documents under the attachment section, but today I have not been able to upload anything. I click on "desktop", choose the file I want to upload, click "attach", but then nothing happens. My coworkers are having the same problem. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?

I understand from the video demo that your Email addon allows us to have relevant emails shown with contacts in Zoho when I use the integrated email within CRM, however I want to know if my emails will show up inside zoho under the relevant contact, when I use gmail (or Google apps email) as my email client, meaning I will do almost all of my sending and replying to emails withing Gmail, not within Zoho CRM. Issue - Unable to Organize Record Details in CRM
There is an Emails section where all the received & sent messages can be viewed for a given record. I am unable to change the default position of this section. I have attempted to move it in Chrome, Opera, Explorer and Firefox with the same issue occurring in each -- the Emails section (list) is not among those available to organize. I was only able to "move" it by completely removing other lists from the details page. When I added those lists back, the Emails section returned to its default
