wordpress plugin to zoho crm problem
Hi, Developer needed Developer made plugin in wordpress that syncs products and orders to crm. Unfortunately he is not available no more. Everything is working great only problem is updating products. We have 40.000 products and when we change name of product and try to sync it does not update in crm. If we deactivate Unique in Product code then we have many duplicate products with diferent names. Need to fix plugin with API to update products with same Product code, and to clean up product database.
Unicode character in CRM API
Hi! I get a stuck, i try to insert data into Zoho CRM from creator using POST method. my field contain German character with umlaut (ä, ë). I try different way with Ä %E4 in any combination ... Can't see custom Zoho CRM Tasks fields in Advanced CRM Analytics report builder even though we're set to auto-sync
We have setup Zoho Reports so that it syncs automatically, every 24 hours, with our CRM database. We created several custom fields in the Tasks module several weeks ago that I can not see in the Report Builder. This is strange behavior, as I *have been* able to use custom fields in reports on many occasions before. For some reason, I am not seeing them now. Also, since we are automatically setup to sync, I don't have the option to do this: Setup >> ZohoApps >> Advanced Analytics >> Settings >> Opportunities
Zoho CRM Not Linking Incoming Emails to Lead
Hi- Have enabled Mail Add-on, and POP3 Email Account. Successfully SENDS and RECEIVES Emails to/from the POP server, and if No Lead Present, successfully Creates one (via the BCC Dropbox). Subsequent emails which are sent by the Lead matching the Email DO NOT POPULATE as Received emails directly to the Lead. Is this functionality provided? -Kim

Problems with the mail merge option
Hi there, We are using ZOHO CRM since several years now. Now we want to use the ZOHO Writer to create a template for a nice looking email with fields out of our CRM. Creating such a template is easy, however the option to start the mail merge option in Writer is not active...... We are not able to select it. What should we do to make this work? Why are all of the extra fields I removed in CRM showing in Mobile?
I have tweaked CRM for what I need and have removed all of the extra info I do not. Why is it that Mobile continues to show all of these fields. Do they not sync to tell each other info other than the Customer/Lead info? Is there a way to get the fields in Mobile to match those that I spent hours setting up in CRM? Thank you
How can I categorize my client portfolio?
I am including a list of possible clients and I am brand new with Zoho. What I can see so far is that all clients are saved under the same list and my question is how to keep a subdivision among them. Multiselect picklist reporting - confused.
Hi, We have a bit of an issue. We have a field which contains multiple values which are potential products. These are stored in a multiselect pick list, for example. > Product A > Product B > Product C > Product D These products are very specific and sometimes a customer is interested in A and B and not C and D. That said we need to run reports which filter the multiselect pick list, for example, we need to run a report that contains First Name, Last name and whether they were interested in Product

Hi, I am the owner of the Zoho Business account 'Omoto'. We have our mail hosted on Zoho and I have just configured the CRM. Unfortunately, my co-founder Kushal (kushal@omoto.io) also created another CRM account. Now when I sent Kushal an invite to join Omoto CRM, he gets an email saying he is already registered for CRM. Hi I used to use a free version of Zoho CRM and a paid version of Zoho Mail. Note that this was IN ADDITION to our company's regular email hosting provider (InMotionHosting). How to Link a Custom FIeld in one module with a Parent Module
Hi, I am trying to assign a look up value in a Field of Custom Module. It only lets me choose the account name and doesn't let me search or add the custom field. Edited the 'Case' Module as 'Complaint" and within this module want to look up for a Field 'Customer ID' from the Parent Field "Accounts". Hi there, I contact you because of an issue concerning the feeds, let me explain : We are four users, all of us are admins (except me as super admin) with the free Zoho experience. When user X post a statut, everybody can see it through the feeds but when user X update a lead or add a new one, I'm the only one who can see it in the feeds, why ? Feeds : All - Now. This is how I've setup the feeds for everyone, thus I don't get why nobody can see but me. We're all connected with the same time zone

Please make the call timer window movable or let us minimize it. when we get a call it covers so much of the screen that we can't see behind it. And if we scroll to the end of the page and can't move the desired info up high enough to see then it is difficult to help the customer. Create potential from lead
I am working with Zoho CRM and I am using Leads to document whom I am trying to attract to be a customer. When I have the opportunity to send a proposal I would like to create a potential BUT I do not want to create an new account until the Lead really are a new customer ie a new Customer account. Does anyone know if there is a possibility not to create a new account when converting Leads into potentials?

The Service Team don't seem to care about taking a feedback and reporting to IT team..

Price Book and Quotes
Hi, I have created a Price book in CRM for some Products. I am now trying to create a Quote and the form doesn't seem to search on the Product name that has been entered in the price book. Therefore I am left with having to manually enter the price for a product in the Quote form, which negates the reason for creating the Price book.
