Automation: Data Pick Up missed
Dear Team, We tried automation in CASES. While one case automation is working clearly; the second one is not working properly. When executed, the email displays the Vendor name as ${Lookup:Vendor Name.Vendor Name. all other details of Vendor are taken from the system correctly. Kindly resolve on priority. We have to go LIVE from Monday.
Sent email campaign changed "description" in CRM for customers.
I sent an email campaign to customers from CRM using Zoho Campaigns. Now under description field all data was replaced with the status of the campaign. Is there a way to change that back to the descriptions that were saved before?
Customizing Lookup Sort Options
I have a Lookup field that works and links to leads to projects properly. But then you click the magnifying glass to Lookup a project the only three columns headers are Project Name, Modified Date and Project owner. How can I change these? I have a customer field that I need to have show up in this search panel.

One Potential stage shows up twice in reporting due to extra space, not sure how to solve
Hello, We use the Zoho CRM Potential module to track jobs, and it's a very important part of what we do for tracking. For some reason, the Stage called "Generator - Appt Set" shows up twice. A second time, it appears an additional space is added. Stages Example below when I export to excel: Completed and Invoiced 24 Completed, need to Invoice 1 Generator - Schedule Inspection 16 Generator - Appt Set 5 Generator - Appt Set 5 Generator - Deliver Generator 3 Generator - Need Pad and Permit 14 Generator
Duplicate results in Reports
In some of our reports within our CRM it shows duplicate entries which makes things confusing. It is an "Account and Contact" report where the Account Name is the main thing we report on. When we generate the report it shows me say 10 total accounts for this month, but often times 3 of the 10 are the same account. Not sure why this is??????? Please help!
Zoho Calendar mismatch with Zoho Feeds
Every time I create a calendar event on my Zoho CRM calendar, the event shows up in Feeds an hour before the time that it was set up on the calendar. The calendar and Activities show the correct time but Feeds is always an hour before. I tried the same thing with an all day event and it appeared 1 day before the event in Feeds. What is going on?
Lead related list to Product - created date of adding product

Hi, This question was asked 7 months ago by another user in this Forum Topic but has not been addressed by support. I found a resource that describes how to change the default fonts on outgoing emails, but this seems to only apply to the "emails" module. When composing an email from a lead or contact record (by clicking "send email"), the default font is still set as Verdana (even though I changed the default font to Calibri by following these instructions: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/compose.html#alink3)
Schedule custom function
Hello, I have created a custom function which evaluates lead age days(today's date - last activity time). It evaluates the days but only fires when a record is edited. What I can do to let custom function automatically evaluate lead age day everyday. Can I schedule it. Or is there any workaround for it.
Analytics Not Working
Hi all, really impressed so far with the Zoho CRM system, still using free version to see if we can justify going onto the full fat version - more of a case of whether or not we can implement it in our organisation properly rather than whether or not it's worth it! Quick question though - I have pasted the analytics code onto all our web site pages but still do not have any analytics data. Any suggestions? Duplicate Accounts when doing an report
Hi, I have done a report that shows all accounts which haven't got any activities tasks or calls(so we can track them and call them). My problem is that I have accounts appearing 3 or 4 times in the table and I can't find why. Is it because it also looks for Contacts without any tasks ? Many thanks for your answer. Regards, Florian
Is it possible to filter a report through a different category than date?
Reports of Zoho CRM are great, however we only would like the details of tasks that have the status of not started. I can add the status as part of the customization, however i cannot filter out unnecessary tasks that have been completed in the time frame, by anything other than date. How can I filter reports to only show specific information outside of dates?

Inventory Templates: Editor and Mail-merge

Getting a custom module to pull data automatically from Potentials

My sales team REALLY needs to be able to see other fields besides Last & First name when scrolling through their list. The android version has the capability to group the leads and contacts by other fields and that works perfect! Hi All, I've created a custom Zoho App for use in CRM. I've built the form and added this as a related list in the Leads module. However when adding a new record in this list, I need to manually specify the field property that relates the list between the Leads and my custom app. Is there a way for this to automatically happen so that my users don't need to copy/paste the lead ID? How can I capture LinkedIn account info into CRM?
Here's what I would like to do:- I am exhibiting at a show, and I have a QR code displayed. Prospective customer scans my QR code, which goes to a page where he can complete a ZOHO CRM form OR.... Log in with LinkedIn and have his LinkedIn details complete the CRM Lead form for him. Apparently, these things are possible with the REST API. Anyone done this? Can it not be a standard feature?

One feature I want is that I should be able to send the email from ZOHO CRM and if the person replies to that email, that also I should be able to see in ZOHO CRM as threaded conversation in the Leads view. Hi We are using ZOHO CRM and syncing data to ZOHO campaigns for email activity. We have sent our first campaign email and wanted to understand how we can update the record in ZOHO CRM where we receive a hard or soft bounce or autoresponder. Is ZOHO Campaigns able to sync this informatio back to ZOHO CRM (softbounce, hardbounce, autoreply, unsubscribe).
