• Emails sent via Gmail not appearing in Zoho CRM Contact

  So I have my business Gmail and Zoho CRM linked so that anything sent or received through one, will appear in the other. The only problem is that when I send an email through Gmail to a contact, it doesn't appear in the email records of the contact on Zoho CRM. And when I send an email to a contact via Zoho CRM, it appears in the Sent box in Gmail. Receiving email through either always appears in both.  Can anyone help explain the issue?

  Hi, I’d like some advice on this:. I currently have a business website hosted externally  and an Exchange Server email system which uses the same url.  I use Outlook 365 for diary, tasks, and address book as well as email.  I have a subscription to the Zoho CRM which I use as my CRM.  So far I have been manually synchronise emails, contacts, the diary and tasks between Outlook and Zoho.  But this has become inefficient and time consuming.  I now need complete real-time integration between Outlook

  I just signed up for Zoho CRM after checking in my trial account that email integration works with my IMAP mail account. I got it working successfully for myself and 2 colleagues. I then went ahead and paid for accounts for 5 people. As soon as our accounts were converted to paid accounts, IMAP stopped working and is no longer available as an option - only POP3.   Hi,  I am surprised to learn that you cannot add photos to the product module of Zoho CRM. It seems to me to be more imports to have photos in this module than it is to have them in the contacts module. • Alerts & Notes Notifications

  An idea that's struck me since the latest update to notifications and feeds.  Its great we can tag users in notes as this is a great way to alert staff to recent changed data. However the current offering has one flaw. Currently there is no way to confirm you have read or actioned a latest alert, it also stays there even when its not important any more.  I would like to see zoho add the function to be able to remove alert from the notification area (think android notification area - Lollipop/Kitkat)

  I've tried from 2 computers, and whenever I either sign in, or click on zoho crm logo, or just click on my shortcut to zoho crm, the page times out. I haven't been able to log in from a computer in 2 days. The whole crm page won't load, not just a particular module. • Outlook / Zoho Contact Sync Issue

  I have an issue where I am only syncing from Outlook to Zoho but the sync reverts after a while back to having Zoho sync with Outlook.  This creates duplicates in Outlook adding duplicate contacts because it puts them in a category labeled Zoho and applying a purple label to them.  So there are two issues:  1)  the reverting from Outlook to Zoho back to Zoho/Outlook and 2) the duplicate label.   If we can cure the duplicate label I would be fine with sync both ways.

  Is there a way to easily added a person's linkedin photo to their profile? After a recent update, I need to: - click on the linked in button under the contact - right click - save image - click "Change" on the profile image in Zoho - click Select a photo from your computer - crop the photo - then hit save That is a lot of work for something that so many other services simply automatically display (ex. rapportive simply pulls it in from linkedin).

  Hi, Is there any way I can export all of my CRM Contacts to my hotmail account? • Importing and exporting notes

  I am migrating from a Zoho CRM (free version) to another Zoho CRM (paid version) and so far everything went well, I exported my contacts, leads, and the old CRM potential, and imported them to the new CRM. • Do I have to re-embed web form after I edit lead source fields

  We embedded a form on our website which uses the lead source field. I realized that the choices in the drop down box did not suit our company/trade, so I edited the available fields in the drop down box. Do I need to re-embed the form or forms on our pages after doing this, or will it update to reflect the edited fields that I saved. The form fields in zoho crn show correctly, but I do not see the correct options on our pages yet, though I just made the changes in zoho crm. Thank you.

  It is our experience that when dealing with leads status should   not   be used as a means to determine "what is the next step".   Effectively status should be used to assist in determining progress much likes stages with potentials. Solution: Sales personnel should instead of status use   tasks   to create workflow and determine future actionable items per lead.
