Pulling data from CRM into Creator using searchRecords
I'm trying to build a Creator application that will update CRM data using zoho.crm.updateRecord method. For this method I need the ID, and I am having trouble finding a good way of getting the ID of an existing record. I have tried using zoho.crm.searchRecords with the Email as a criteria, but I do not know how to then extract a specific segment of the response. Here's what the code looks like. Skype Click to call link, petition to remove!!
Zoho, Please remove your formatting on numbers in Zoho CRM. The Skype click to call formatting is preventing me from being able to call numbers from my computer(with google voice) and from my new android phone. Please keep in mind that some people do not want to use skype, for those who do, there are plenty browser add ons that will give them that functionality.
Integration of Zoho/SalesIQ with ZohoCRM and ZohoCampaigns = not simple, needs simplification, hard to get working
I have been trying to get a ZohoCRM, ZohoCampaigns and ZohoVisitorID (SalesIQ) system ensemble integrated for use with our small company's emailing outbound work and site visitor tracking as well as content marketing (asset) tracking of downloads and fulfillment. all this should be appearing in CRM as I understand it, but we're having a very rough time figuring out how to get it all to work seamlessly, where to include what code to make things work, etc. Where is the support for this integration?
Traffic Light Dashboard for Sales in Zoho CRM (RED/GREEN/YELLOW)
Hi, I am new to Zoho CRM, I am a former Salesforce.com user, and i found the traffic light sales dashboard very useful while tracking monthly or weekly sales. Sales to date. (Sales to date, according to a monthly quota, red if the sales are low, yellow if medium, and green if the salesman reaches the sales target, pic attached) However, i cant seem to make it available on Zoho CRM. Import products with prices not possible?
We are trying to use the Product module for the first time and imported our data for about 500 products. We have the list price in our csv file and mapped that properly, I think. But after the import the prices are not shown on the product detail page. After looking around the forums we see complaints from other people about not being able to import prices. Creating additional notes area
Hi, just curious if I can clone the Notes area so we have two identical notes areas. The point of this would be to have internal notes (with time stamps) viewable to our team internally. Then we could have a second notes area (with time stamps) that we could use for profiles of users who need to view only very limited areas of our database. They would have access to Notes 2 (for example) but not Notes area 1. A simple text area as a solution wouldn't be ideal because there is no time stamp/user
Can I have various users using the same account
Is it possible to purchase one CRM user account and have various employees use it? I dont want to purchase an account for each employee, its expensive for our company. Can we buy 1 user account and then have a field that the employee enters their name so that we know who is using the account or who is editing information. For administrator level activity can we also do that inside of the same user account, using a password? or should an administrator have a separate user account purchased?
Report trigger when a field is updated
Dear All, I am trying to configure a report in order to measure weekly changes in client status. Because I need to know certain field updates I try to configure this in reports. Unfortunately this is not possible to add the standard filter when " certain field is updated". Only account, this makes the reporting not very trustworthy... BEWARE 3rd Party Plugin for WordPress -- Someone Hacked My Site

Export single Contact from CRM to Recruit
Is it possible to export a single contact from Zoho CRM to Recruit? We don't want to export them all as we only have Clients who are actually interested in using us in Recruit, therefore keeping it much tidier. Therefore, we don't want to export all contacts, or those that have been updated recently, or any of the options you have. Using gmail w/ SideKick not getting back into ZOHO CRM
So, it's a unique issue, but one most sales organization would needs addressed. We do a lot of outbound work and this includes using Zoho's mail editor in CRM to send follow-up messages. So, I can call, leave a message and then send an email and this outbound message logs in both my Zmail and Gmail outbound. This is good! Issue being is that when the client replies (I have tested this with a personal account), the email does not make it back into the CRM where I would be notified of an inbound message.

Using zoho CRM and creator. Lead comes into CRM. Want to be able to check if the lead email address has replied (a new email from them) automatically and if they have, trigger a workflow rule (change lead record). Zoho CRM Freezing Browser when attaching document
I'm trying to attach a document to an Account record but my browser freezes up each time I click on Document link. I'm using Firefox 32.0.3 which I think is the most current update. Reports Module showing me data that doesn't exist!
I've created several reports to provide detail on opportunities in certain stages. For example, I have one which should display multiple fields for opportunities at Stage "Qualified Lead," with a closing date between Jan1 and Sep 30 of this year. Huge problems using webhooks on Accounts
