Subscription Question
Just to make sure I understand this: I just deactivated one of my users (Zoho CRM). The Users & Permssions page shows 13 active users. The manage subscriptions (Subscription Details) shown 14 users + 1 mobile user. If I select Reduce subscription, I get a dropdown that let's me choose a number from 1 to 13. To eliminate 1 subscription, I should select 1? Or do I select 13, for the number of subscriptions I want to keep? Thanks much.
CRM email format
When I type an email under a lead, it looks fine. When I open that sent email, the message is in multiple font sizes making the message look unprofessional. What is wrong?
See itemized product list in Zoho Books from Zoho CRM
Hi all...I use Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.....when I change a potential to "closed won" I see that the system creates an invoice in both the CRM as well as Books. But, when I go in to Books, only the total is created, not an itemized list. furthermore, the "total" in Zoho Books, as far as the definition of the product goes, is the "description" field of the potential. Clients should know what they are being charged for in an itemized way, but I do not see how to do that in the auto-generated Books
Problem with the save and create follow-up task
Hi, When I click on the save and create follow-up task button in a call edit, the page freezes and no new task is created. In IE, I have a message : Unable to process your request Click here to go back.
Limit CRM Access by User?

How can I import custom fields from another CRM (zoho account registered on another domain)?
I have created multiple custom fields (~50 fields) with dependencies and mapping from my Zoho account (account A). I want to import all the data, and also custom fields, to my other account (account B). What is the right way to do that? And if it is not supported yet what is the work around to get the task done?
Can I customize the format of a report in Zoho CRM?
I've created a number of reports without problems. But Zoho allocates way too much space on a row for some of the fields. For example, expected FTEs is never more than 3 digits, but if I export the report to a PDF Zoho leaves enough room for the entire population of the world. Est. Program Value has enough room to the left of the actual value for about 50 digits. Date fields are wide enough to fit three dates in each column. This is a ridiculous waste of space. IPad & launching writer
Hi, I'd like to use Zoho CRM on my iPad when I'm out and about. I use it through Safari to get the same functionality as on my PC but I use the mail merge option regularly from Potentials to generate my client documents and Zoho Writer doesn't launch for me on the iPad. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere to get this to happen? Cheers, Helen

Better search functionality
Hi guys, ZoHo CRM works well for us. What really disturbs my workflow however is the poor search functionality. It seems that you cannot filter on 'relevancy' of search results, nor does it control for spelling errors. For our business this is extra difficult, since our customers and target audience are in the same field and thus have similar names. IMO, an excellent search functionality is critical to any CRM these days. I do not need extra features; I need superb core functionality. Im wondering

Greetings, I'd like to search for a users' role as set by the "Users and Permissions" feature. I understand that this is different from a Contacts (zoho.crm.getRecordById) query. I need it to look up the manager or area that the user works in.

Report showing leads that don't have a current open activity attached
Is it possible to create a report that will show leads that do not have a current open activity attached? In other words, we're holding our sales staff accountable for leads so they don't go "stale." Having a report that would show a list of leads that don't have something scheduled to do in the future would help identify stale leads.
Leads in custom views are mixed together (out of the blue for no reason) !!!
I had Three different lists of leads thousands of names and contact information all sorted correctly and when I arrived to work this morning all of them were mixed for together for seemingly no reason at all. I did not do anything to change there location. Why would this happen? When I attempted to move them back to the proper location most of them were lost completely. why would this happen? Can I import data to CRM field?
I have a form in my application into which I am wanting to import data from a CSV. The form contains a CRM field. I have tried importing using the Lead_ID from CRM as the value for this field, however this does not work. I have tried importing using the Lead_Name from CRM as the value for this field, however this does not work either. Move Modules Under Quick Actions
I have been using Zoho CRM for some time now and as much as i like the updated UI i still feel there are improvements to be made as i seem to do a lot of scrolling to see other modules under database fields. Zoho did made some improvements in the latest UI by adding "Quick Actions" on the right side of the page for "Add Call, Send Email, ETC" however i would like to see them add other modules like "Open Activities, Closed Activities, Stage, Attachments, ETC" I have taken some time to show how this

Error creating cases in Zoho Mobile CRM
When creating a case using the Zoho CRM mobile application, it will not allow you to save a new case with a blank email address. It says that email address is required. However, I confirmed that in the web version a new case can be created normally without an email address, and I also confirmed that this field is not required in the Cases Layout setup section.

Unable to delete/edit fields after selecting YES, DELETE NOW

CRM- unable to manage users for the last 20 hours or so
Greetings, Since about this time yesterday, the page for "Manage Users" in Zoho CRM starts to load and stays on "Please Wait..." with the loading bars flashing. I've tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, and then I logged into a PC in another city and tried there. Still the same result. Will this functionality be back this weekend? Thanks! Greg
Contact form not rending correctly in IE9 & Helpful Tip
Hello, I am having difficultly making the contact form render correctly in IE9. Here is a screenshot of how the forms looks in Firefox, Chrome and Safari: And here in IE9: Any tips on how to correct this? Additionally, the tip that I added to the email option shows as text, where as when I preview the form within Zoho, it shows as a question mark icon with roll over text. Any tips on how to implement this change as well? Thanks!

Bug: Lightbox pop-ups in Firefox, options are covered and not usable
When selecting certain options that triggers a lightbox pop-up (e.g. when attempting to deactivate a CRM user in Users & Permissions) the pop-up appears behind the gray interface. This results in it being unable to click on or interact with in any ways. This problem seems to be pretty consistent across lightboxes in Firefox, but works in e.g. Chrome.
CRM Invoicing from a mobile device
Is it possible to create or modify invoices on the Zoho CRM iPhone or iPad apps? I am not interested in subscribing to Zoho invoice as the invoicing option included in Zoho CRM is sufficient for our needs. We are considering switching to Zoho CRM and being able to invoice on mobile devices is a requirement for us.

Zoho CRM - Importing previously exported Tasks
Hi, I've just exported my Tasks from Zoho CRM. This gave me a nice CSV file with correct columns and data. I didn't modify it in any way. Now I want to import these tasks into Zoho CRM. Everything seems to be ok except one thing - after import there is no Task Owner assigned. I've tried (in the import process) to set field for Task Owner to almost any (reasonable) column from CSV with no success. I thought that the column should be set to that with zcrm_6..some_digits... What is the difference between a Sync and a Fetch?
When syncing a mailing list from Zoho CRM, it has a "Initiate" button, which would seem to initiate a sync. However, the sync does not occur immediately, and instead there is a "Next Fetch Time", which is later today. What is the difference between "Sync" and "Fetch"? Which one affects the daily/monthly "Sync Limits"? If Fetch is what actually brings the new contact data across into Campaigns, is there a way to tell it to fetch immediately, rather than wait until the "Next Fetch Time"?
Email kicked notification
Can you please please notify us when we send an email to a bad email address and it is rejected. Having to send through outlook to check validation negates the purpose to Zoho mail and templates. This is a basic feature that is missing. Even if it bounced back to outlook, I could add it via the plug in.
Printing Activities
Recently the notes relating to a potential or contact have started to show up on the print preview of a activity. Resulting in pages and pages of notes printed out when all is needed is a print related to a single activity. This did not happen before.
