    I am new to Zoho Creator and have searched the help, support, this forum, and the web for a solution. I am having a problem getting the Zoho CRM field to work. I upgraded my CRM account to Enterprise to get the Creator integration and am paying for the Standard version of Creator to get CRM sync. (I'm still not sure if I needed to upgrade from CRM Proffessional to Enterprise to get Creator to pull data from CRM.  But, because I'm having this issue, I upgraded to see if it would solve the problem.)

    I have three separate forms that I've created in ZOHO Creator to push their data into CRM.  I have a Contacts, Companies, and a custom made Expense (CustomModule3) modules setup in CRM. I have used the exact same script for all three Creator forms and updated the fields accordingly.  When I run the Contacts and Companies application through creator, all data I submit makes it back into CRM and adds the new data.     I have two different Zoho accounts. One that is more personal that I pay for a standard Docs subscription for 250GB of storage and a different one attached to my Google Apps Domain for a start up I am building. I leverage Zoho CRM with my business account, but because of all of the storage space I have and pay for from my personal account I would like to store my docs there yet be able to attach them easily to my business CRM account.     I have a non-profit in which I need to be able to track donors and their giving activity throughout the year so we can 1. communicate with them more effectively, 2.     I am a (new) paid professional subscriber. I created some leads on the browser CRM and they have populated to the iPad and iPhone apps. However, this morning I created a new lead on the iPhone App, but it is not syncing with the browser or iPad.     My gut says I can write a custom function to auto populate the direct link back to a potential in the body of Email Alerts I send to my users when a deal is WON. Has anyone done this?  Simply, I want to send automated email to internal users when a salesperson closes a sale.  In the body of the email I would like there to be a link to click for user to be taken straight into CRM record for that specific deal.  Potentials appear to use the PotentialID hash and if there's a way to create a custom function
  • Notes not carrying over to converted potential

    when I convert a lead to a contact/account and create a potential, the lead notes are gone. They usually show up in the potential, but today, nothing. This is a big problem to lose all my lead notes. Especially ones that are progressing through the pipeline.  -J

    We are trying to use Zoho for a non-profit organization in which, if the organisation is a member it follows that all of the employees of that organization are members as well.  We are entering the Organisations as Accounts and the individual employees as Contacts.  We have added a checkbox with the label Member.  Is it possible to make the children of the parent inherit the status of this field, whatever it may be?  And to update if it changes?

    I have the Zoho professional with 12 users.  I am looking to change my mail hosting service. Do I have to pay extra for Zoho mail hosting for these 12 users?  I see Zoho Mail has a charge for over 5-users, but my question is "is this part of Zoho CRM Professional"?  Meaning that I could point my email to Zoho and then get those 12 users on at NO additional cost.     Anyone have a workaround for text messages attaching themselves to a lead/contact/ in CRM automatically from their handset. I'm on android. I was thinking surely their is some app or even built in function of iOS and Android that would fwd text messages to an e-mail, where a function could then parse out the recipient number and link to a lead/contact and then store the incoming and outgoing text message with the record in CRM.     As administrator in Zoho CRM, you should be able to reset/change users passwords, as of now all you can do is disable and delete users accounts.  Having this feature would help in managing users.

    Hello, I am trying to merge several accounts because they have been created multiple times by other people. This happened mainly because someone misspelled the name, so a new name is created and attached to a contact, but it's incorrect.     Hi all.  Newbie here. Pretty sure I got ZohoCRM to show more than 100 records by going to sheet view.  Now it is not cooperating (maxing out at 100) Think I read somewhere that sheet view can show up to 2000 records.  Cant find any customizations, preferences or buttons etc that allow me to view more records. What am I missing? How do I display more records in sheet view? What is the maximum number of records that can be displayed and edited? Thanks in advance
