Mobile Events
I have previously installed the mobile CRM app and all the events were shown correctly. Then I went online and changed the date to a recurring event from every other Friday to every other Thursday. The app now shows the events on Thursday's, but the Friday event is still there. The Friday event was removed from the online CRM site, but on the mobile it was not deleted. Any way to fix this? Thanks
CRM Website Integration - Other than .com domain issue
Hello to all. I am integrating CRM with my website ContactUs page via form I created on CRM site (see below) and I do face strange problem here. When I simulate user sending contact via web site and I enter @xxx.com email, all fine and lead will show for for approval in CRM. However, when I enter eg. @xxx.de, or @xxx.cz email, no record is displayed in Approve Leads page. Anyone already faced the problem, please? I dont want to avoid approval of Contact forms, as I dont want to have mess in Lead
How do I fill a field's value based on the value of another field?
When I am in the Cases (or other modules) of CRM and Choose an existing Contact (lookup), the associated account is automatically filled in for the Case. I would like to do the same thing on Creator form's I have created. The first thing I would like is exactly what I described for CRM Cases. If I get that to work I would like to fill other fields (e.g. phone number based on contact). I am new to Creator programming. I've been searching the forums, KBs and help for this problem. CRM with RSS reader
Hey guys, I'd like to find a way using either Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator to view an RSS feed and add the authors of news articles to a CRM-style list of contacts. I'm happy to spend time building this with Zoho Creator. But before I get started is there an RSS reader in Zoho creator or will I be beating my head against a wall? How to create Accounts with Campaign lookup on CRM through API
I post this XML but cannot relate the account with the campaign(id=12802000000056065). How can I integrate a Creator app with Zoho CRM?
I'm working on an application with approximately 10 forms. So, I can't link them all to the Contact module as I would like as it limits you to 3 Related Lists. Is there a way I can link to the entire application from the Contacts Module, or the CRM module itself? Any suggestions or info would be really appreciated Steve Henry 310-850-2426

Free version: Custom fields or not?
I activated my free CRM last night. The documentation from within my CRM instance says I get 25 custom fields: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/erutaef321.html#custom-fields However the button to create custom fields is not available. THEN i see a post from 10 days ago where a Zoho employee is pointing another user to a COMPLETELY different set of documentation that says we get no custom fields. What's the story here? If we don't get custom fields, I won't waste my time and look for another solution

How do you extract your CRM contacts into an Excel sheet?
Hello, I am trying to download the contacts from my CRM into an Excel sheet, but when I click the "Zoho Sheet View," it doesn't give me all of the sections (i.e. Account Name, Title, etc.) which I need. It only gives me the following categories: Contact Name, Phone, Email. Does anybody know how I can extract information from the categories I want into an Excel sheet? Thank you.
What exactly is the function of the Potentials?
I don't really understand what the function of the Potentials module is. Why wouldn't I just use Sales Orders or Invoices? Is it just an arbitrary amount of revenue I can anticipate from an account I can anticipate once it has been won?

Why such a ridiculously low number of lookup fields? The whole point of a data base is to efficiently store information but this is really a factor which I have found so frustrating. It means that data may have to be input manually multiple times just to tailor fields like address fields to adapt Zoho CRM to UK conventions, on data sets which are common for multiple modules such as address information. Can't see attached emails in CRM Mobile
We are using the Outlook plug in. When I save an email to a contact inside of Zoho at my desktop from Outlook, I cannot see the attached email when using the Mobile version. What am I missing? Thanks!
Refresh CRM lookup fields?
I have a form that has multiple CRM Product lookup fields, below those fields are Quantity fields. Anyway I got it to work that when you choose multiple products and quantities it auto calculates the total in real time. So that works, it is great. Hello We use click to call function with Zoho CRM and we have a french phone number format like "01 xx xx xx xx". It's impossible for us to call directly someone by clicking on the number because it adds a "+" at the beginning. We have to rename the beginning of all the numbers with "33" to format to international call. Do u know a way to avoid that and call directly a french format call number? Best
Cannot open subsequent email attachments
Whenever I am sending an email from CRM which has more than one attachment, the receiver can only open one of the attachments. Any subsequent attachments show the following error when trying to open: This is only happening when sending emails from a contact or lead record within CRM. We also use Zoho Mail Add On, and when sending an email from the Email tab, the attachments can be opened correctly. Please can you advise?
Tasks with Zoho CRM
Hello, Zoho Support solves so many of our needs for client inquiries. However something that seems to be a recurring workflow break is when a request requires several tasks to be completed to solve the request. Since our tasks are recorded in Zoho CRM, are there immediate plans to integrate the tasks in Zoho Support with those in Zoho CRM?
CRM - changed fields don't show

Web to Lead Integration with Google Sites
I tried posting this earlier but the post disappeared. We are using Zoho CRM's web to lead integration with our Google Site. As a basic setup, it's working okay but we need to be able to capture which contact form the user filled in so we know which content they downloaded. There are various methods for this which all seem to require editing the HTML. Google Sites doesn't care for us editing the HTML and in fact rejects our changes, saying that there are invalid tags which are then removed. As a

Can't add more than ten custom fields
Hello, I subscribe to the Standard Edition and believe that I should be able to create 130 custom fields per module (at least that's what it says on the fields customization page). But if I try to create more than ten fields (I'm working with contacts and they are all text fields) then I get an error which tells me that I can't add any more custom fields (i.e. the eleventh) and which 'invites' me to upgrade my subscription. What gives? Chris
IMAP Sent Email CRM Synch
I am set up as a IMAP BETA tester and before I get into it, I can not find any information on how the sent emails are handled. If I send an email through MS Outlook or my IMAP supported phone to a contact email via Zoho IMAP will that synch into the contacts email sent history in the Zoho CRM? If not currentlty, is there plans to support the sending of emails from clients other than Zoho via IMAP that will allow the sent email to synch/attach to the contacts email history within Zoho CRM? Contact Ownership for Outlook sync
I'd like to setup a public folder on our Exchange server which contains a read-only copy of all of our contacts. But so far, I haven't been able to find a way to sync anything but contacts belonging to the user doing the sync. Is there a way short of re-assigning owenership of everything to accomplish this? We have 4400+ contacts (and growing).

Email Add-On works for Leads page but not contatcs
Hi there, Thank you all so much for your help. I have a simple problem that hopefully has a simple solution that I just can't figure out. I am using the email add-on. On each individual lead page, I am able to see a list recording all email correspondance with the lead's email address. But once the lead is converted to a contacts, although the section to view email records is on the contact page, no emails are shown. In every case they are just blank. Is there a solution to this?

Converting Leads to Accounts in Zoho Mobile CRM
I converted an open lead to an account on my Zoho mobile app for Android yesterday, however it did not appear to convert properly. It did create an Account and Contact, but it did not close the originating lead out, and the lead was still open and not associated with the Account. I was able to solve the issue on the web by Converting again, and associating with now existing Account as the Zoho error message advised.
