• ZOHO CRM & Creator - Major Permission Failure Needs Correcting

    Hello, Whenever I create new accounts and I employ developers to create apps for those accounts, the CRM's Super Admin loses their permission to create new custom apps from within the UI. I have now experienced this with 3 separate accounts that I own and each time that I call customer service, they are stumped.  They mostly have all suggested work-arounds such as disassociating the developers app from the CRM and then importing the app back in while logged in as the Super Admin.  Upon doing this,

  • Zoho CRM iPhone App Accounts Sync Issue

    When I log into Zoho CRM on my iPhone, it only finds 4 of my Accounts. When I try and refresh, it duplicates them repeatedly. When I search for them on the server individually, it finds them and then adds them to the list, and then duplicates those too. Has anyone had this issue or found a solution to this?
  • Increase API limit for CVrecords from 250 to 500

    We are using Zapier to add Campaign Monitor Subscribers to Zoho as leads. I have already worked with Zapier to reduce our call interval to every 30 minutes instead of every 15, but we are still exceeding our allotment of 250 calls a day for CVrecords.  Limiting users to 250 calls a day, no matter what edition we are on, seems a bit stingy to me.   • Some simple reports & calculations needed - Stock/Inventory Management

    Other than exporting the Products, and then playing around in spreadsheets manually, is there any way that I can see, from Zoho CRM the value of my stock on hand? There are already fields which list the amount of stock on hand (say for example 3 units) and there is a field which lists the cost of each item (say $1) so it would be pretty easy, one would think, to develop a calculation/report which would show me the value of the stock on hand ($3 in this example).  However, it does not seem to be possible

In the past we were able to send email through the crm, but now we are receiving a "unable to send mail, verify that the name and value is appropriate error. Can't figure this out. Help.   • Unable to use an email template in 'Calls' section to email to a Contact or in relation to Call as an activity

    Hi I created an email template as I wanted to email details of the telephone call to a contact. I went into email template, Calls, found the data I was looking for such as Call Start Time, Call Purpose, Subject, Description etc. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to do anything with this as I cannot access the template from within Contacts or access the email of the contact or account from within Activities/Calls.     Hello, I might be missing something but when someone sends me an invite through the CRM I do not see how can I add the that event into my own calendar within the CRM.   • Randomly getting error 4401

    On our website, we have a form that is submitted to Zoho CRM via the API (insertRecord method).  It's been running fine for months, we've had no problems. Since last Thursday or so, we are randomly getting error code 4401 (Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.)  It shows up for maybe 10-20 min, and then the error seemingly resolves itself.     Hello, I am a small company new to Zoho CRM. First of all, none of my reminders or alerts seem to be working.   • How do I see which products are selling, and the quantities?

    Is there a view or a report that I can make to analyse which products are selling? We need to know which products are our best sellers/worst sellers and whether it's worth to continue selling them. We like to review this quarterly and annually. For example, if a certain colour of a product doesn't sell at all in two years, then we will discontinue it.  I am a CRM Professional Edition user, small 2 person company. This seems like a fairly normal business requirement… any ideas?

  • Lookup Field in Events

    It would be usefull to have a lookup field within "event" to link a product to an event. Example - event has lookup field for customer if we could look up product aswel we could store info for customer, time & product for an appointment. Also when hovering over event on calander shows same info.

    Hi, I have set up the Web To Lead form to integrate with my site's quote request function, but the ReturnURL doesn't work and any code after the form is sent doesn't seem to render. I know this isn't the standard CRM code, but could someone look at it and let me know why this problem might be occuring?     I currently have one contact linked to each potential. I would like to see a record of the emails I send under each potential. So far, I am able to email each contact from the Potential page, but I don't see a record of the email that is sent nor the reply email on the Potential page. I do, however, see the email only under the contact page. How can I link emails so that I can view them under the Potential page?

However, I'd like to be able to push through the clicks as well and have their click history append to their lead record.  Is this possible?     Hello, We've found that the iPhone's dictation function doesn't work with the Description field, but does work with the Subject field.     I use a Zoho CRM "account name" field in my app. When I add a record through the app it works fine (through a "lookup" window). But it doesn't come through when I submit a record through email. The other fields in the email are single line. They come trough and I don't receive an error message. I haven't been able to find a solution in the forums. Thanks!
