• Create new email template is not working - CRM.

    Hello, I have signed up for the free account of CRM. I have few leads and want to set rule for sending mail to them. It ask me to create new email template, But when I click on the "New Template" button it just shows loading on top and nothing is happening.  Can anyone please tell me what is wrong with it.     you can link documents from Zoho Docs to Zoho CRM in a web browser. Why can we not do the same on a mobile device (IE Apple ipad). Even if you were able to click on the link in CRM and it would take you directly to the document in Zoho Docs.

    It is in the title : There is 2 contacts in the same CRM but they do not match ! I turn to the forum to try to get help. I ask the regular way. Without answer, I turn to the escalading demand. Same : no proper answer… Zoho seems full of promises but so many flaws.  This one is very interesting : Within the Zoho CRM, there is 2 different contact lists. That's great, but the trouble is that they don't match… One has got 7 contacts and the other has got 200 and that are not even the same contacts…!

    Hello, I am using Hariharan's CRM. Each store has a unique Zoho login. In the New User form I have a field named STORE. (There may be 2 or 3 users per store) Also every record in a form called LEADS there is a field called STORE. I need to ensure that when a store logs in. They can only view their own records and not the records from other stores. Can anyone please help?
  • Switching Between Contacts and Leads

    In our business, the relationship between leads and accounts is a bit different from Zoho's system. A "lead" is not just pursued and converted to a contact/account one time. We represent multiple products and are often going back and selling new products to clients who already buy from us. We would like to easily change the status of a name from "contact" to "lead" and back again without losing any info/records or having to make duplicates. However this doesn't seem possible in Zoho. Any suggestions?

    I'm finding it difficult to create a new contact from Cases.  We are a service management company which caters to the B2C and B2B markets so we use Accounts for our biz customers and Contacts for our B2C customers.  In case of a call for a new job from a new customer; I can create a new Account from Cases after lookup fails to find that customer in its list. Similarly in the "Related To" field lookup finds the Contact but one can't search and create a contact on the fly like once can create an account.

    In my application I have placed a CRM field called Customer Name, which is pulling from Leads in the CRM.     It would be great to have a print driver so we could print a document directly into the clients file in CRM.  For example:  I have a document from another system, I could pick print and then pick CRM print driver, it opens the CRM you can search for the client file then print direcly into their file and it shows up as an attachment.  This would be a great feature!   Thanks!
  • Error message when accessing the CRM calendar

    When I click on the calendar icon in the top bar (next to the Search box), the calendar for the current month drops down.  But when I go to click on an individual date within that month, I get this error message:  You do not have permission to view this component as corresponding module has been disabled in your profile settings (or) in Organize Tabs Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?  Is there a better way to access the CRM calendar?

    Hi,  I really love your product because it combines tasks and email in a nice way. Even dough, I am trying to create a task list with subcategories and can't make it, no matter where I try!   • Retiring/removing contacts - best practices

    Hi all!  I can't find any help regarding this… in Zoho CRM a Contact has just quit his job. We don't know where he'll work next, but obviously, he's no longer part of the company listed in Accounts If we delete him, then we lose all of the history attached to him (and the Account).  Is there a way to "retire" him or suspend him?  What do you all do when a contact/lead quits their job?     I had a question about the bulk email feature through the Zoho CRM. Let me offer you a scenario: I want to email about 1700 contacts using the bulk mail merge feature.     Here is my scenario, hopefully I can explain it well.  We offer subscription based meal services. We are currently using Potentials (Start & End) Dates to monitor these.  I also have a daily report which runs and is sent out to our Production facilities.
