• Invoice Emails Do Not Reflect Correct Amounts

    Hello, I noticed that when sending an invoice-email from Zoho Books, the amount due showing is not always correct.  It does not take into account any credits or partial payments that were applied to the invoice. I know the amount can be edited, but it's a hassle to close out of the email, open the invoice to view the correct amount, re-type your email and enter the correct amount due. Hopefully we can get this bug fixed!  Thank you. Alex

    I like the auto-reminder function for Invoices. It's a good way to get paid! However, I find that it is not possible to set a reminder longer than 150 days after the invoice due date. Now usually I'm paid well before 150 days, but occasionally a customer needs reminding after this point and I would like to be able to continue to send automatic reminders.     We are facing problem, when we clone the invoice. Issues comes only when we have same customer having multiple locations means.. When we do this, the process is: click new invoice and fill everything in save the invoice (which makes it into a Draft) click the invoice number click email to send it Is there any way to send it as soon as we save it?   • How can I create multiple labels for the Quantity value in an invoice template?

    I'm trying to bill for services by the hour plus add expenses by the each. But I cannot figure out how to customize the way the items are described.  The services are saved as a project with time entry and set to bill by the hour. I add the project to an invoice using my template. In my template, I set the label for "Quantity" to say "Hours" at the top. That part works as I'd expect. But I also have unbilled expenses that I add to the invoice. These expenses are categorized and given a dollar amount.

    Hello, there is an option to create multiple thank you notes in Zoho Invoice, but I don't see where I can select which note is being sent. When I mark the payment of an invoice as paid, I only have an option to send out the 'standard' thank you note. I want to send out different thank you notes based on the service provided.
