【Zoho CRM】商談タブのメール関連リストに、複数の連絡先とやりとりしたメールを確認・関連付けできるようになりました。

こんにちは！この投稿ではサポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM のアップデート情報」の中から１つ取り上げて紹介します。


■ アップデート内容
これまで商談タブでは、連絡先名の項目に関連付けられた1人の連絡先とのメールのやりとりのみ表示、該当の商談データに関連付けることが可能でした。

今回の機能アップデートにて、複数の連絡先とやりとりしたメールの内容を同一の商談データから確認・関連付けることが可能になりました。
具体的には、該当の商談データの「連絡先の役割」に紐づけられた連絡先とのメールが、同じ商談データのメール関連リストから表示/ 関連付けることができます。






このアップデートにより、例えば一つの商談に対して複数の担当とメールのやりとりを行なっている場合、
各窓口とのメール履歴を同じ商談データの画面で確認できるようになり、商談をより包括的に把握できるようになります。
例：メインの担当者、請求担当、法務担当 など
