【Zoho CRM】通貨機能のアップデート:為替レートの自動更新やデータ更新オプションなど

今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から通貨機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

CRMの複数通貨機能を使うと、地域ごとに通貨を管理し、顧客の現地通貨で記録したデータを自国通貨に自動換算して分析やレポートに活用できます。
従来は、為替レートを管理者が手動で定期更新する必要があり、各データには作成時点のレートが固定されるため、その後の市場変動は反映されませんでした。

本記事では、この問題を解消する「為替レートの自動更新」をはじめ、さまざまな新機能をご紹介します。

  1. 通貨の自動為替レートの更新 

各通貨ごとに、為替レートの更新方法を自動または手動から選択します。
  1. 自動:最新のオプションで、CRMがOpen Exchange Ratesのデータを使用して為替レートを自動的に更新します。
  2. 手動:従来の手動による為替レート更新方法です。


  自動オプションでは、為替レート設定で更新頻度を設定が可能です。
  1. ライブ更新:為替レートは30分ごとに更新されます。
  2. 日次更新:為替レートは、組織のタイムゾーンに基づいて任意で選択した時間に1日1回更新されます。
 

2. 権限付与によるデータ内の為替レートの手動更新

為替レートを手動管理したい場合は、対象ユーザーに「為替レートを更新する」権限を付与します。
権限を持つユーザーには為替レート項目の横に「更新」アイコンが表示され、クリックすると通貨タブから最新レートを取得できます。

3. データの自動為替レート更新

データの為替レートを自動更新する条件を設定できるようになりました。更新のトリガーとして、データ編集時・選択リストの変更時・特定の値への変更時などから選択できます。


上記の動画のケースだけでなく、必要に応じて、商談が別のステージに移行した際の為替レート更新など、より広範な実行条件を選択することも可能です。

4. 為替レートの推移  

各通貨には為替レートの履歴グラフが表示され、自国通貨に対するレートの推移や傾向を簡単に確認できます。
事前定義された日付フィルターまたは任意の期間を指定でき、期間内の最高値・最安値・平均値も合わせて確認できます。

5. 通貨記号の配置  

通貨ごとに、記号を金額の前か後に設定します。選択した配置はCRM全体で一貫して適用されます。
今回は値の前に記号が表示されるように設定します。


以下のキャプチャのように、値の前に記号が表示されています。

為替レートの傾向で確認できる最大期間は2年間です。
