今回は直近のアップデートの中から、グループ機能に関する情報をピックアップし、詳細を見ていきます。

Zoho CRM におけるユーザーのグループ機能では、要件に応じたさまざまなユーザーのグループを設定、共有することで、データを効率的に管理できます。
たとえば、この機能を利用して各部署ごとのグループを作成し、それぞれにユーザーを関連付けることで、特定のグループに関連付けられたユーザーは、該当のグループに共有されたデータへのアクセス、データに対する処理を実行できます。

今回の機能アップデートでは、グループの作成画面や詳細画面のUIを中心に、以下の点について変更しました。
1、UI変更について:グループの新規作成画面
2、機能アップデートについて
いずれも、設定 > ユーザーと権限 > ユーザー > グループタブの順に進み、設定します。以下に実際のUIを掲載します。

1、 UI変更について

グループの新規作成画面が更新され、グループ名やメンバーをポップアップ画面にて追加できるようになりました。



また、グループの詳細やメンバーの一覧を確認するグループの詳細画面のUIも更新されました。ユーザー、役職などは異なるタブに分類され、かつグループ内のユーザや役職が検索できるようになりました。




2、 機能アップデートについて

UI変更の他にも、以下の機能がアップデートされました。
①検索オプションの追加により、グループに追加するユーザーや役職などを素早く見つけられるようになりました。

②ユーザーの選択画面で、各ユーザーのメールアドレスやプロフィール写真といった詳細情報が表示されるようになりました。

③役職やテリトリーの詳細画面で、該当の役職やテリトリーのチェックボックスをオンにすることで部下やサブテリトリーを含める、または除外できるようになりました。



④グループを作成する際に、選択されているユーザー、役職、テリトリー、グループの合計数がボタンとして表示されるようになりました。ボタンをクリックすると、選択した項目を一覧で表示することができます。

⑤グループ作成時の選択項目が、「選択したユーザー」「選択した役職」「選択したテリトリー」「選択したグループ」に分類されるようになりました。



この機能アップデートは、すべてのユーザーに対し適用されています。
