【Zoho Projects】サンドボックス機能（テスト環境）リリースのお知らせ

本投稿では、Zoho Projects のサンドボックス機能リリースについてご紹介します。

  


サンドボックス（テスト環境）とは？ 

Zoho Projects の「サンドボックス」は、新たな設定を作成、検証、そして既存の処理を妨げることなく本番環境に適用することができるテスト環境です。

 

 設定方法 

設定＞テスト環境（サンドボックス）より設定可能です。

詳細はこちらからご確認ください。


サンドボックスポータルを作成し、関連するチームメンバー（例：プロジェクトマネージャー、開発者、ユーザー）に
サンドボックスポータルへのアクセス権限を付与します。

 

利用例：ワークフローの検証

タスクの優先度に重みづけを行うために、「遅延中」のタスクの優先度を自動的に高く設定するワークフローを作成したとします。

サンドボックスを使用すると、以下キャプチャのように本番環境に適用される前にワークフロールールを検証することが可能です。

＜本番環境への適用＞

サンドボックスの変更内容にアクセスし、「Deploy Changes」を押下。



「変更セット」より、本番環境に適用したい内容を選択＞「変更を本番環境に適用する」を押下。



備考：

「本番環境に適用する」を押下すると、以降のキャプチャの通り、適用したいワークフローの整合性を確認することができます。
不整合となった場合、「詳細を表示する」にて不整合の内容をご確認ください。
