1 or 2 organisations impact ?

Hello,
I am a small company (Pragmages) and I work alone.
I am in test period of zoho one.
I sell financial consulting services under 2 brands (2 websites: JMC & Luxavie).
I want to use zoho subscription & zoho book for:
- allow luxavie customers to buy a recurring subscription directly on Luxavie.fr and allow them to pay via zoho
- send invoices manually to JMC customers and allow them to pay via zoho
- Make the accounting of Pragmages in a consolidated way

Ideally, I would like the payment pages of JMC and Luxavie to be different. I note that for this, it seems necessary to have 2 organizations in zoho. What would be the consequences?
- What is the impact of that decision in terms of accounting follow-up?
- Will it be possible to keep a single accounting?
- Will there have to be separate bank accounts?
- Will it be necessary to buy several zoho one subscription?

What are the constraints of keeping a single organization? Is it possible to set the payment page to meet the requirements of Luxavie and JMC?
