Hi Everyone,

I have been trying for weeks to find the right setting. I am a therapist, and we have 3 appointment lengths in our calendar: 50 minutes (which block off an actual 60 minute block), 45 minutes (blocks off an actual 45 minutes), and a free 10 minute consult- this is the service I want to add.

I need to add a service offering a free 10 minute consult- I want it to start/be offered ONLY at 45 after each hour and block off 15 minutes, but only on blocks when we have a 45 minute slot scheduled.

Example:

45 minute appointment scheduled:

8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Insert bookable 10 minute free consult, with a buffer from 8:55-9 AM.

How do I do this? Did I add, we have 2 providers who need to be able to offer this service.
