2 different forms created but both show the same PDF title

Hi there,

We use 2 forms for online payroll time sheets.  One is named Crew timesheet and the other is named Performers timesheet but when emailed to the end users it shows Crew as the title of the file even if its from the Performers timesheet.  Can you assist?
