2 of the same notecard (duplicates) in Zoho Notebook

Hello there,

I recently noticed that in the Zoho Notebook app for iPad, that there were appearing 2 of the same notecard (duplicate) in some of my notebooks (see attached screenshot). Whereas in the same app on my Macbook, there only appears 1. When I go to delete on of the duplicates on my iPad, it completely deletes the 1 notebook in my Macbook. Which is weird!

Is there a bug? Is there any way to fix this?
