2 questions and consultant needed for customization for business

Hello,

I have two questions I would like to ask the community.  We have been a Zoho One member since June 2018 and love the applications and flexibility for smaller business.  Our busiest time of the year is right now and all of our properties are full.  This has allowed me to begin phase 2 of Zoho over the next 8 weeks.

We are a property management company specializing in overnight vacation rentals.  We use a middleware/booking engine for 2 way integration with the Online Travel Agents (OTA's) such as AirBNB, etc.  We currently use 7 other applications outside of Zoho and want to reduce costs and streamline processes to simplify our reservation, cleaning, maintenance, payments, and accounting processes.  

I would like to create a custom application in Creator or if possible use Zoho CRM for cleaning scheduling, maintenance, and communication for reservations once they are booked on the OTA's.  

Question 1 - See attached file.  Is it possible to create a view like this in Zoho?  I have the iCal and data needed to block off the calendar and show all check-in and check-out dates.  We currently have 18 properties on the program and are growing.

Question 2 - Building additional enhancements.  Using the calendar view, I would like to create individual tasks for each check-in and check-out.  These tasks could include communication followups, SMS and Email notes and triggered responses based on workflow rules, adding employees to each property and assigning them cleaning jobs, adding tasks for maintenance, and tracking payments.  Our middleware tracks payments but is not user friendly at all.  We would like the app to be integrated with CRM to pull property information, and the integration will be 2-way to sync information back to the CRM.  

In addition to the notes above, I would like to create Customer Portal so property owners could login and see their cabin and all of the info on CRM.  An owner would use their email to login with a unique password, and they would only be able to view the properties they own and all tasks, reporting, reservations, earnings, Zoho Desk tickets, forms, surveys, etc.  This would give us a big advantage over our competitors for enabling owners to have complete transparency of their properties we manage.

I look forward to any consultant responses.  If option 1 is not possible, i am still VERY interested in Option 2 and the Customer Portal.  The ultimate scnenario is the ability for owners and employees to see the availability calendar.

I understand this is a very special request and have budgeted for a consultant to begin 5/28 or as soon as possible.  I hope to hear from someone soon who has Zoho consulting experience with Property Management or Vacation Rentals. I know Zoho is a popular platform for other vacation rental software companies to use.  At this time we have no plan for other companies to use it than use an out of the box SaaS solution.  Our core focus is to get it in place.  The estimated overhead we will save is approximately 40%.
