Trying to migrate from CRM / Quickbooks to CRM / Zoho Books / Inventory...
Summary
My sales reps currently use CRM to generate quotes and send to clients. If the client needs a different ship to address on the estimate / sales order the Rep can input same within CRM. This feature does not seem to be available from within CRM.

How can a Sales Rep input a different ship to address from Zoho CRM while using the Finance / Books integration?
Current CRM / Finance Setup
- CRM Accounts & it's Contacts sync to Finance Contacts & contact persons
Expected Workflow
- Create Estimate
- Click "Change Address" link
- Input address & Save
Actual Workflow
- Create Estimate
- Click "Change Address" link
- GET STUCK. Can't Input address... how is user supposed to proceed?
