A fe minor, but important questions
Hi
I am one of many users who is seriously considering moving all my office tasks to Zoho - for my entire company. However, I need to be absolutely certain that this is the right choice, and I do have a few issues that I hope will be fixed. I apologize if some of these issues have been discussed on the board before, but I had a limited time to read through it:
1. Changing time format to 13:00 instead of 1pm only changes the format in the calendar. Appointments are still shown with 1pm format, and all editing of appointments also.
2. I know this has been mentioned earlier, but we really need the ability to time appointments exactly, not just every half an hour. I know a fix is coming, but I just wanted to.
3. I exported my appointments from Google calendar, but for some reason, no birtday appointments were imported into Zoho, even though I confirmed they were in the ical-file. Not my most important appointments, but still very nice to have in my calendar, as my memory is pretty lousy when it comes to this :)
EDIT: Found out why - the events were copied, but not the cycle. In other words, if a contact was born in 1980, the event would only occur that year.
4. Also, I think I read somewehere that you will have SMS support (reminders) available, but I couldn't find it. Is this a possibility? And is/will it be available in Norway?
5. Why is it, that I can search through events in the calendar, but not edit them once I've found the one I was looking for??
Also, last but not least, I discovered the excellent plugin for Firefox called Prism, which opens web applications like zoho in an own window or on the desktop, to simulate the feeling of a standalone application. I'm sure you're already familiar with this, but I'm sure many users would love to know about this, maybe it would be a good idea to post it on your website? Just a thought!
Thank you for providing an excellent service though, why not more people choose your services instead of Google is beyond me, but I suspect the number will grow if you continue to keep up this great work!
Best regards
Petter, Norway
