So, i'm smack dab in the middle of my Zoho One trial, I LOVE it, but it's VERY overwhelming. Here are some questions I have.
Why isn't there a consistent area to get back to your company ONE admin area, apps, and other crucial settings (like in the constant chat bar area).
Is there any documentation on the chat bar?
Overlapping apps:
This has me VERY confused
For example:
Where do I store my contacts/customers: CRM, ContactManager, Campaigns, etc
What to I use for website live chat: Desk or SalesIQ?
Admin for Zoho One...People or the ZO admin area
