Accepting Jobs by the Agent
Hello,
It's been a while since we last made an update here. But good news, we've come up with a very useful feature for all the agents who don't like waiting.
What's new?
Not just the temps, now you (agent) can accept jobs assigned to temps on their behalf.
- Temps may not be able to access their devices to accept jobs assigned to them.
- You've conveyed the job offer details to the temp and have received oral confirmation from the temp. You don't have to wait for the temp to accept the job. You can do it for them.
This option shows up when the status of the job is pending from the temp's side.
