Access to apps
I have had a free account for the Books, CRM, Assist, and Meetings apps. Today I purchase Zoho One using the same email address I had on my free accounts. Now when I look at Zoho One I see everything transfered over just fine except my Books app.
It seems; Books, Creator, and Projects are all marked as "Pending for approval". I also see an error in the Sign app that it couldn't associate with my account. Since I'm a one man operation I'm both the user and the administrator. How do I get these apps to associate with my new Zoho One account?

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
