How are you all ? We’re happy to share a handy new feature in Zoho Books mobile app. Now, you can access your Zoho Books customers right from your phone's contact list, making it easier to stay connected on the go.

How this can help:

Say you’re out and get a call from a customer who needs quick assistance. With this feature, you don’t have to open Zoho Books to find their info—just look them up in your phone's contacts and follow up in seconds.

Supported OS: iOS

Here’s how it works:

➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app.

➤ Tap on "More."

➤ Go to "Settings."

➤ Tap on "Privacy and Security."

➤ Toggle "Contact Provider" on.

➤ Tap "Enable" in the popup that appears.

OR

➤ Open the device's Settings app.

➤ Tap on "Apps."

➤ Select "Contacts."

➤ Tap on "Providers."

➤ Toggle Zoho Books in the list.

These steps will allow you to access Zoho Books customer contacts directly in your phone’s contact list, making it easier to connect with them on the go. If you ever need to update or turn off this feature, simply follow the same steps to toggle it on or off.
