Accounts Near Me

When selecting Accounts Near Me, my location in the UK is shown correctly but no accounts are shown on the map even though lots exist within the radius selected.
Although I have created my own address fields I am using the default Zip code.
Should this feature work in the UK & if yes is the Zip Code used to identify the location??
