Sometimes, we receive signed contracts in hard copy, which we then scan and import into Zoho Contracts. Currently, this means we have to delete the original entry and import the scanned contract as a new one. But along with that, Zoho Contracts requires an editable document to be imported along with the PDF for future changes, and scanned PDFs aren't always easily convertible to Word documents.

It would be great if we could simply import the hard-copy signed contract into the original entry we sent through the platform. This would save time and ensure we have the correct format for editing in the future.
