Agents could earn badges, that would optionally trigger a prize, and collect these badges on their Zoho Motivator interface, visible to other users in the organization.

Badges are created by the organization admin by setting the criteria (ex. Number of sales on total period > 1000, Number of calls handled > 10000...).
