Add description field to each workflow

hello, 

I have a workflow that has 25 different conditions. Different actions happen based on the criteria set for each condition iteration.  25, and that still doesn't cover 5% of my requirments. 

Now The WF itself has a descriptions, but it will be more wonderful if we can get description fields for each condition so you know that the differences are and how they differ, and how they affect your whole workflow. 

You already have this going in Blueprint where eeach transition has its own descriptions.
