Add your email enquiries to your Bigin pipeline automatically with the Email-in Topping!

Email is the most preferred form of communication around the world. Customers send their enquiries via emails and customer facing teams capture those details manually in their Bigin account.

So, we wanted to automate this process by introducing the Email-in topping for your Bigin account - create email aliases for the pipelines in your Bigin account and automatically convert the emails received by these aliases into a new record in the respective pipeline.



You can view your email conversations and reply to customers from the Conversations tab. You can notify other users in the org by using the Comment option. Comments are for internal use and they are similar to Notes in record details page.
