adding a blueprint button to share to vendors

was wondering if anyone can give me a custom function on this one.

we're trying to create a blueprint/process which goes like this:

employee:

1. create a job opening

2. save the job opening

3. send the job opening for approval - BUTTON which changes the status to 'Waiting for Approval'

⬇️

manager:

4.1 approve job opening - BUTTON which changes the status to 'Approved'

4.2 reject job opening - BUTTON which changes the status to 'Declined'

⬇️

employee:
5.1 posted to Job Boards and Career Site - BUTTON which just changes the status to 'Posted'

6. share to vendors - BUTTON which changes a checkbox field input AND shares to vendors

6.1 don't share to vendors - BUTTON which doesn't change anything
