I need to create multiple end user products which are a combination of item variants with an added servise

For example, we buy a standard plain black blazer in both boys and girls sizes from 26" to 52". These can be sold to general public as plain blazers. I know how to create item groups with variants.

We also can embroider these blazers with specific school logos so, I would like to know if it is possible, or how to add this as a service item to the plain variants to create a new embroidered blazer item group specific to each particular school.

Is it also possible to add the 'service' item image to the sales order print out pdf?
